  1. no probs ;) hope you find the problem, if you cant someone else might be able to shed more light on the situation. i hate it when things go wrong and you just dont no why lol
  2. have you received the boost gauge yet buddy?
  3. if there is a leak it will cause a noticable difference, i don't know how much loss in power has accrued but it could be down to a leak somewhere...you'll be surprised how such as small leak in the engine can cause such a noticeable difference, i have a leak between my mani and head and it drives like crap lol. i would just double, double check every vac and pressure line, jubilee, t piece you have. maybe right a list of all the potential causes and do an elimination thing one by one till you find what is causing it.
  4. if the plugs are white yeah it would indicate it's running maybe slightly lean, but i wouldn't have though that would cause a lack of acceleration maybe plug up a wide band and see what the fueling is like all the way round to red line, that will be the only way really to see if you are running lean...other than obviously going on a RR aswell. check all joins for leaks as that will effect top end power.
  5. it shouldn't run lean under fuel cut as the standard ecu should fuel that just dandy, your injectors might be a bit grubby perhaps a good flush might stop the bogging down? if you replaced the dizzy etc is the timing on the dizzy spot on?
  6. i got apex coilovers and there amazing totally recommend them as always lol...but don't buy them i want to be unique! LOL
  7. £1200 sounds like alot and i had that and more, when i first got my car but believe me it didn't go very far lol after a service it went down some, then once i got the parts if you cant fit them yourself you gotta take garage fee's and labour into consideration. there is no set 'what to get first' mod, what do YOU want? handling? Power? Looks/styling? if you tell us the above then we might be able to point you in the right direction.
  8. look on the back of the box(of sims) it says what it needs as a minimum to play... it will be something silly like 512mb ram nd some small amount of hard drive space. all new laptops/desktops will be able to play it just fine so wouldn't worry, look at pc world or ebuyer. or even go into a tesco extra they pretty good deals on laptops lol
  9. cant find it but he is only at the moment (might not be when you see this lol) but he is around just blast a pm over his way nd he should get back to you, he responded super quick to me.
  10. i bought from him before and he got it to he asap. i think i remember a post about Nick going somwhere? i will try and fine the thread...
  11. track beast? or road worthy corner slayer? lol
  12. hhhmm i'm sure it was this one i was looking at...anyway it's yours now and looks very nice! what are your plans for it?
  13. i was thinking about buying this back in june08 but thought the mileage was a bit high for me but being a project i guess you might give it a rebuild? lovely car none the less
  14. Cheers Jules buddy! pacific works- aka- my life savers lol
  15. the emb itself is universal but you will need the right harnesses for it to work
  16. i would be 99% sure it's the oil and crap burning off, my decat done this when first fitted. if it carries on after 15-20 miles then there might be another problem.
  17. that looks awesome that low! i would slam mine more but i would get stuck on one of the million speed bumps i have littered around me LOL car looks sweet as!!
  18. bet you well just want this up and running now lol, work looks amazing...i look forward to the running of the red beast!
  19. cheers buddy, i'm not sure on the arb? it's a fixed one if that makes any difference? and yeah mark(glanza.co.uk) came through with the perfect one at a bargain price! couldn't say no lol pm'd bout sandwich plate
  20. update time again timing is now sorted, and car is running so much better!... but didn't get time to sort the boost leak out or the over fueling, but it's booked in and all will be sorted soon...turned the boost to stock 0.6 and it still shifts lol as my mani is mild steal when warm it expands so fills the gap...so no boost leak lol so when it's all warmed up it's a good'n but cold she's a bitch to drive LOL here are some piccy for you all to have a gander: Danes (sps) manifold fitted (with hybrid) my lovely new gauges and pillar pod HDI boost controller RARB Razo shifter lol- lo
  21. dont get a 3" on a ct9 or hybrid it's just to big, get a 2.25 or 2.5max it will help spool quicker and you will get some nice torque results from the hybrid.
  22. nah you wont lol, looks like he has air con still in place which has caused the excessive cutting, you can quite easily fit with minimal cutting.
  23. looks like a nice clean standard starting block, what you got in the pipe line for it?
