No worries, I did it AGES ago, basically get clear clusters, take the lens off and paint the insides black, get a silver bulb, pop the clear lens back on, hey presto! Gave it it's final clean today, due to be going on Tuesday, feeling pretty crappy about it at the moment

Liam - Thanks a lot mate, apologies for not accepting but hope you understood my reasoning. Had an overwhelming amount of interest considering I hadn't even put it up for sale anywhere! Got near enough my asking price from someone who's known the car since I got it and he's always wanted to have it. I have absolutely no doubt he'll look after it, which is always nice and reassuring. On a negative note, I'll have to see it around everywhere!

Sanchez - Thanks mate, it's been a great project, I regret absolutely nothing, no time or expense has been spared whatsoever. My love for Starlets and the Starlet "scene" has gone downhill and I genuinely know I'll regret this one day, probably very soon, but for now money's more important. Riko - It's sat on my garage floor, I'm marinading it in my faeces, depending how flavoured you like your actuators I can return it whenever's best.

Accepted an offer for the car this week, and it looks like it will be going to its new owner next weekend. After my problems with the oil feed etc I've had a great time with it recently, it's running as well as ever but I don't use it enough and need the money to go travelling. I'm positive I'll regret it a few years down the line, but I'll make sure the new owner signs up here and keeps you all updated on it.

I'm also about 6'1", with long legs. I always found it a bit crammed when I first got it. I purchased some Bride low seat rails, admittedly they aren't cheap but when you're lower your legs sit flatter. I also got myself some Recaros but since the standard seats will probably rape your back eventually you may aswell change anyway. You talk about money, but if it's a genuine problem for you, screw money.

Just get a Corsa, leave it standard, don't spend a penny on it unless you have to, save the money and pour it into the Starlet for now. By the time you've bought a Corsa, spent a grand or two on mods and then had it for a year or so the mods you put on will be absolutely worthless. Oh, and not to mention you'll be left with a modded Corsa.

Don't really understand the point in putting a heavy sound system in a small, light hot hatch. Other than that, good job, looks tidy.

You don't really have a leg to stand on mate, it lasted two and a half months without any issues therefore was absolutely fine at the time of purchase. Bad luck though.

Yep, had it of met the initial expectations I too was going to buy a PS3. It's done me a favour really as I can't afford one at the moment! I'll stick with Forza for the next few years then!
