  1. The wings are a good fit Si, they are labelled for EP82 but as you can see, they fit fine. One spot needs welding (single point). Have also received a large box of engine stuff from Riko the other day. Just sorting all that out now. Joz
  2. I will keep a look out mate however I checked out some shipping services to St Lucia and it seems very expensive to ship there just for a small item... Im thinking it may be best to contact hardcoreep, his name is Rory and is located in Jamaica. Here is his immense website Hardcore EP91.com You will find him as a member (user is hardcoreep) on www.toyotagtturbo.com. You will need to register if not a member already. Im sure he can help you or at least give better advice as he is a VERY experienced EP tuner and also located in the West Indies like yourself. He could be your 'link', just make sure to be polite If all else fails I would order a new set from your closest Toyota dealer if they are a reasonable enough price. Don't give up, and be patient to find the parts you need. If you use the 5EFE rods you will be limited to how much potential boost/power you can get from the 5EFTE before the rods bend. The 5EFHE rods are ideal for your needs. Hope this helps and let us know how you get on. Joz
  3. I did get your message ChineseMafia. I believe that the 3E-TE rods would be very similar to the strength of 4EFTE rods, unfortunately you cant use 4EFTE rods in a 5E due to the taller block. It is also 3E-TE rods that are the upgrade, I reckon that turbo engine will be hard to find. I asked how much would you pay for 5EFHE ones because I may be able to track some down. Also you have asked the parts department how much they are new, so better to wait for their answer. Joz
  4. When upgrading rods for a 5E engine, the most tried and tested are either forged items or rare 5EFHE items. Havent heard anything about 3E rods, but altho its a 1.5 engine there may still be complications. If you read that site carefully it also states that 5EFHE rods are an upgrade over the 3E ones. Its a very good site by the way. The 5EFHE rods are the ideal ones to get in my opinion for the most cost effective working solution How much are you willing to pay for a set of 5EFHE rods and where are you located? Joz
  5. Alloy wheels are all about personal taste mate. There is no set rule to what looks good and what doesnt. Its cool if you want other people opinions tho, just dont rely on them too much if you really want to 'personalise' your car. Don't go for the Lensos in my opinion as they are common, you can get far better for your money. Check this out to open your eyes bud Envy Wheel Selection Also there is not much wrong with Rotas, they are more readily available, but you can get 2nd hand better built genuine jdm wheels in vgc for around the same price off yahoo auctions. I took that route and highly recommend it, it may be 2 months wait but its damn worth it. When buying make sure to check the dimensions to ensure they will fit. If you are not sure, check out 'Alignment and Alloys' section under EP Technical. Hope this helps. Joz
  6. Best to ask Sheekey for obscure or hard to find part numbers mate. Check the Toyota Parts Department under 'EP Trading'. Joz
  7. Hi mate Welcome to the uksc forum. Most answers or info can be found in our technical section. All it takes is a quick search or browse the category to do with your question. You have posted in 'Exhaust Intake & Cooling' which is the right place ;) Check 'it' out as we have lots of induction kit related info there already. Cheers & enjoy the site. Joz
  8. Parkers may not be 100% accurate with their performance figures for the n/a but seem to be spot on about the different models of UK N/A EP91's available. Parkers Starlet Review You will also find the base model is actually the 1.3 Si just for the record. Ok the Si and the Sportif are both very similar but the Si is even more basic than the Sportif (Sportif graphics and Sportif wheel trims anyone?). Good luck finding a low mileage unabused minter, usually one of old folks is your best bet. Joz
  9. Congratulations Mark! All the very best with the birth and everything man. Joz
  10. Midnight Purple would be immense Laura and combined with a sexy anime girl vinyl really could be a winner. Joz
  11. Finally finished work and time for a Kopparsberg on lots of ice!! And ste91 I'd try the panel before you invest in all the other stuff. Peace Joz
  12. Welcome to the site Laura. Nice to have you on board. Its slow building up a uk EP91 but its certainly more satisfying. Enjoy your stay. Joz
  13. Looking forward to the twin tbs mate. Joz
  14. When do you think you will get these uprated headbolts in mate. Can you give a little more info on the process of them etc. And are they for the E Series engine i.e 4EFTE? Cheers Joz
  15. Yes mate. Lots of info going into my reply so Im gonna send it to you tomorrow. Peace Joz

  17. Went to Dublin for the day. They had some kickass trainers on sale and guess what... soz we only have size 10.5 and 12, and Im a freaking 11 lmao. WAMT Over Joz
  18. Cheers guys Im really looking forward to it too. The wait has been so long and I wasnt sure I was gonna get the parts I needed. Patience prevails tho ;) Like I said, I'll be gathering more parts as might as well get stuff 'added' in whilst the engine is out... Its gonna take a little while longer but at least everyone will know the score haha Joz
  19. Its been a while since I posted anything graphical, so just my fave pic for now until I get something else done to the exterior that will again be very beneficial to the new setup. On another note, the twin pot brakes will finally be fitted hopefully at the end of the week, I cannot wait to taste the next level in braking. Joz
  20. Just got some very good news. The main part for the rebuild has been finished so expect an unveiling sometime next week ;) So everyone who knows the bulk of my plans, HAPPY DAYS!!!!!!! Just a few more bits and pieces to gather for the rebuild. May have to wait til August for another important part if I decide that I need it. That will push the rebuild further back but from what I can see, will certainly be more beneficial. Whatever happens, all shall be finally revealed Peace Joz
  21. ^^ I hope thats a telling sign you'll be ready for Tokyo this year Si lol... or I shall disown you as a bro Kudos on experiencing such a sweet trip Wallace mate, its no small feat. Must hold many good memories man. Its one of those things you just gotta do at least once in your lifetime and you found the time to do it mate! I do look forward to you sharing some more with us. Welcome back to the grind by the way Peace Joz
  22. I was just saying David that those are the only major vibes or noises I've experienced in mine (modded underneath), if something was vibrating harshly you would defo know about it. be it in the car or outside, anything under the floor pan you would defo feel. Its usually big stones/rocks that cause problems, it seems like it may have knocked something underneath. The only way is to check underneath Dave, not much else for it. Joz
  23. Welcome to the site mate. Please post your photos and updates in here. Looking forward to it. Joz
  24. Sounds very strange David and you have checked most things that could be making the noise... Only thing of that magnitude I've ever had would be the backbox pipe knocking/rubbing against the rear axle, or the front section of the exhaust vibrating over the anti roll bar/front lower arm. Those are the only known causes I know of to cause mass vibes dude. Last resort I could think of is to jack the car up whilst its running or get it on a ramp, to see exactly what the hell it is... Hope this helps a little, its not easy without seeing the problem in person. Joz
  25. Safe Journeys TC Team. Looking forward to more trading when you return. Joz
