  4. Hey Stevie. Thanks for your feedback man. The number plate bolts are trd ones at the rear, but the front lol I'll sort that. I just prefer bolts which is much handier to remove the plates for MOT etc... Not long now til I can reveal all my plans. What motor you running now mate? Peace Joz

  6. If randomly putting them back is not the case, only means would be to go to a place that does new shims and get them to reshim everything? After all are the shims not there on purpose for proper valve clearances etc? Afaik new shims from Toyota amounts to some £££... bah But I think Rick means that he put them back in any order on his build and everything seems to be Ok. Hmmmm... Joz
  7. Hi Sam Im not sure if you got my reply as sometimes the pm system goes haywire. The brake parts are from the Corolla Levin AE101/AE111 superstrut, and are twin pot brakes. Please let me know how you get on. Cheers Joz

  14. Welcome to the site mate. TTE stands for 'Toyota Team Europe' and is the European operations of Toyota Motorsports. Were responsible for Toyota's WRC Cars from the 70s to early 90s (Carlos Sainz Era) and rallying in general, now solely F1 from 2002 onwards. They are now called Toyota Motorsport GmbH. Their 'stamp' is an official brand for 'choice' parts (factory and optional) for all sorts of Toyota cars. In Starlet SR instances here is the TTE backbox and TTE spoiler. Joz

  21. I agree with what you said about 2" piping nic having experienced the difference myself. Have a straight thru 2" exhaust on the 4efe and you lose some bottom end, add a silencer/centrebox and you get some back. Joz
