  1. Some inspiration for the n/a scene. Only thing missing is the HID ballasts which are now in the bay. The 4efe went to a good home 5efe head. Joz
  2. Your best bet is to email them mate - toytuning@toytuning.com You will get a reply as there are more people helping nowadays. They don't give out their number freely Im afraid. otherwise they would be bogged down even more from demand. Hope you get the parts you want, they offer a very reliable service. Joz
  3. Welcome to the site mate and great to have you on board. Im running the same coilovers on my EP91 and Tanabe only ever made one model for the starlets. They are called Tanabe Sustec Pro-0 Mine came with jap instructions and the C-Spanners, the spanners are what you will need to adjust your ride height. The fronts only go so far down but the rear can go down as much as you like with room for further adjustment, you want a balance really as the handling advantages do not increase past a certain point of lowering. The spring rates are 4k Front and 6k Rear. Still stiff as you like. I ca

  5. Welcome to UKSC Nath. Check these previous discussion for some very good pointers for first time buyers - clicky1 clicky2 The same pointers apply for a GT or a Glanza, the main difference is the GT is a little more older. 1990-1995 vs 1996-1999. All the best with finding your ideal car and hope you enjoy your stay on the site. Joz

I was gonna hold back on any more bodywork til the engine stuff was sorted but its gonna happen eventually so why prevent it? Engine work wont happen for another month or two, am awaiting engine parts. I'll be off to Hong Kong on the 25th so will miss the site for 9 WHOLE DAYS!!! Christ... Joz

  10. Very Nice Car Luko! Thanks for sharing. Joz
  11. When I get the chance I will check my bracket and see what number is on it, so that peeps can get the right one - although simple modification is still required. Thats all being well that it has a number on it Joz

  14. It was so long ago since I fitted mine, but whichever bracket I used, I drilled another hole. Im pretty sure it was the new one off the corolla, not the old starlet one, sorry David. I remember now the old one was a tad too short. Joz

  18. Most of it is good kit for what you pay, Im happy thats for sure. There are cheaper kits out there but the one I got lets you do it all which means you can wire the horn easier and it fits better for airbag starlets. If you want any opinions throw some links up here, but at the end of the day get what looks good to you. Any 6 stud steering wheel will fit your boss kit once you get one as its such a common fitment, so all your momo, sparco and universal sports wheels will fit, ebay uk would have some too, shop around mate. Happy hunting! Joz
  19. Could you not re-use your old bracket David? The one that came with the rolla mani was slightly different so I had my old one fitted by drilling an extra hole. As for the source of the vibes, I would certainly find out what it is. I didnt have any problems with mine. Joz
  20. Hey Stevie Approx £100 for the bosskit from yahoo auctions, around £35 for the steering wheel and £40 for the snap off boss both off ebay usa. Joz
  21. Hey Stevie I took a different route and got a starlet specific Boss Kit from Japan intended for cars with airbag steering wheels as the inside is larger due to space for the airbag etc (airbag is removed of course) and allows the horn to be hooked up inside. Expensive and a long wait but you get what you pay and wait for! Here's some pics of my Bride 320mm replica steering wheel, I have a snap off boss kit installed too which brings the wheel closer to the driver and you can take it off for security reasons. Once you mess about with changing the wheel, you have to go and get the stee
  22. Hey Tommy As we discussed mate, if you are on a standard platform you will feel a difference from each of the mods you are after. The front strut brace will improve your turning and road stability a little as expected in a small fwd car. As for makes, the glanza/gt one is the cheapest you can get and still does the job, I had one when I first started out and can recommend it if on a budget. The cusco ones do the same job and start from £100-£120 however they are a very nice piece of kit, I own both front and rear braces and cant recommend them enough. If you are not planni
