See i had it in my head that you were using rattle cans for lacquer aswell, you just cant get a proper shine with rattle can lacquer, keep up the good work, theres nothing better than when a repair is finished and your looking at it and thinking that looks shit hot and i done it lol

if i remember correctly its the selector for reverse gear, when u remove the 2 bolts it should b loose, not sure if its broke though

Pretty sure thats not a trd, the holes on the side are round on the trd mechanical and the trd helical doesnt have holes in the side, maybe cusco? Edit, maybe it is trd after looking at google, got told mines was trd, doesnt look like that so wonder what i have lol

Yeah i agree if u rattle can the paint and spray gun the clear coat then its not gona be any different. So what do u do? rattle can the paint then use a spray gun for the lacquer? Body shops have to use water base paints now, by law (i think) witch is shite compared to 2k its also shit when your doing a repair on something thats been painted with water base, u get a hard edge thats a nightmare to get away.

its not that i dont like rattle cans, ive used them plenty of times, ive painted about 10 sets of wheels with rattle cans also painted my headlight air intake thingy with cans i just think u get a better finish doing it properly, for body shops its easier and faster to get a better finish with a proper spray gun also better for sanding back and polishing back up.

I wouldnt buy anything cps make, just from personal experience, but it was along time ago so they are maybe better now? wepr all the way!
