Cheers Matt Well i suppose i better update then lol, Had the car down at performance hq for some mapping, I have to say Russ is a top lad, it made 282 bhp at the wheels and 237 ft lb torque at the wheels, at 1.7 bar, the exhaust is restriction it with it being only 2" at the start of the exhaust, wanted to go a bit higher with the boost but it kept spining the dyno so just left it at that lol some bad new (as always lol) need a new crank sensor, should have one for the weekend so hopefully ill be up and running over the weekend. -

mild steel for me, had 3 stainless steel manifolds and all 3 have cracked, had 2 wepr mild steel manifold and both have been solid.

Ok cool, ill get it submitted soon not sure if he did a coastdown run? as Rory said its a Mainline dyno, not sure about how it was strapped down, 15 inch wheels with 195/5015 toyo proxe t1r tyres. cheers Zoe

Cheers Guys I was £288 witch i thought was pretty good, he took about 3 hours on mine. Will do but ive only got wheel horse power, the leader board only uses flywheel power, he said it was about 370 at the flywheel but i have my douts lol

Hey guys been down at performance hq today to get the car mapped, I have to say Russ is a top bloke would defo recomend to anyone, anyways the car made 283 bhp at the wheels, The car went great untill i started to have a problem with the crank sensor so went back to see Russ, he had a quick look at the car, it turns out i may need a new crank sensor but over all a good day. wanted to have a bit more boost but it kept spinning the dyno. Ill get a pic of the dyno graph tomorrow.

im pretty sure theres a rubber seal round the quarter panel windows too, its pretty hard to see but its there, cut it out using cheese wire, you just have to watch u dont scratch the paintwork, use sikaflex to put the new window in, u need to remove the old sealer from the bodywork and put window primer on the window and body primer on the body where the sealer would be then put the new window in.

i only found that out when i was searching tgtt for valve clearances when i was building my engine, i thought all 5e and 4e clearances were the same, maybe worth giving Texx on tgtt a pm too, thats where i got all the info from.

I believe the USDM 5efe use the clearances that shorty posted and the JDM 4efte uses the clearances i posted up

the clearances are ment to be Intake 0.17mm - 0.23mm Exhaust 0.27mm - 0.33mm so looks like most of them are out, thats prob whats causing your tapping sound
