  1. I didn't say aluminium was good. I just corrected you that the stresses aren't the same on bolts as on nuts. YO! 👍
  2. The forces on wheel bolts are completely different from that on nuts. For obvious reasons. So the same rules can't be applied for both
  3. Which is fine if your just enquiring. But if I agree a price and send my PayPal, I stick to a deal and don't undercut someone before it's even lunch time the next day. I'm not getting into a massive debate over principles. It's a boost controller and thete are plenty around. Just in my view it's not a good seller attitude and would make me wary. Hence the feedback for others to make their own mind up.
  4. Agreed a price for a boost controller over pm. He sent PayPal details at 9pm, then msg at 9:50am to say he had sold it to somebody else. Can only imagine for a few extra quid. Where I'm from you stand by your word so disappointing.
  5. Good guy, bought braided oil lines. Arrived next day no hassles 👍👍👍
  6. Top bloke, bought some tyres from him. Easy transaction, posted free of charge. And arrived quickly 👍👍
  7. Does anyone know of a site that doesn't charge an obscene amount to tell you if there's outstanding finance on a motor? Cheers Ian
  8. Was there last year, awesome spectacle.
  9. Lol I guessed that's what it was, well what's a good offer ;)
  10. Don't suppose your selling that race can in the pic with the amp mate?
  11. Where you based? Most towns/city's have a sign making company who can do pretty much anything
  12. Total load of shite! Top gear had became a load of staged pish long before they got rid of clarkson. And the BBC in their infinite wisdom, seem to have decided making it even more scripted was the way to go.
  13. Is it not possible to make a rail out of the recaro and your original 71 setup? I did that on the Glanza and it turned out decent
  14. You won't get better than Hdi imo. They are more than prepared to back up there increase gains.
  15. I have them set about 50mm down if I remember right. Now that I'm used to them they are the daddy
  16. I'm loving my bc's now. I set them to hard and honestly had to pull in after 200 yards (undrivable). On their soft setting though they are perfect for road use.
  17. It's the same height front and back, I'll get some good pics in a bit. Trd suspension is going onto to number 1 car. The coilovers take a bit of getting used too. Never ran them on anything before. Bit unsure of them at the moment tbh.
  18. Bit of progress today, fitted the BC coilovers to Japan car no2 today. Well saying she is on her nuts.
  19. Almost guaranteed to have been on his phone the tosser! The amount of people I see crossing the white lines when I'm behind them because they are texting is unreal.
  20. Love how this builds going. It's sooo different, but in a good way 👍
