  1. Not to sure you wana put 550cc on IMO 650cc would have been better pending on boost with a power fc and fuel presure at 3bar

It's a 16g and full boost at 3800 in your case I would be choosing the 517 but it is controlled by the actuator which is not as good for the boost level you want to achieve Plus the 18g does not come in ex housing 6cm And 8cm is a tad big for what you want I was running my 16g at 1.4 bar 307bhp fly and had it at 2bar some times it's an old turbo but suits the 4e and 5e very well

  11. Well mine are fitted without the shims and the gap is the same on both sides of the disc and the pad covers the disc perfect

  13. The shims are theRe for correct fitment not all hubs are the same or could be bent

  15. My aim for next month is to get the suspension and brakes all done and out the way bushes, bearings the lot Then start on the engine build hmmm that's going to be fun
