  5. lush kit, just dont like the lip idrees`s old white v pulled all the right strings tho
  6. If your doing a glanza front conversion, relocate the battery and use one of the fog lights as a duct....all depends if you'll use the fogs lights regularly I've got a few pics which might help,I'll upload em later
  7. Never noticed it before...interesting
  8. there......
  9. Anyone else noticed the weird little links riiggggght at the bottom of the page.......fiat 500 etc etc
  10. use neat fluid.......if you didnt already know that is sam should set up a GB wilkos windscreen fluid ftw.....
  11. You`ll be riteee, pop some 400mg ibuprofen and get the mrs to put some heat rub on ya then get some rest Concentrate on getting better first then we ALL will help you find the right car what ever it is you want next
  12. oil filter? charcoal filter?.......its the fuel filter (as you found out) which gets in the way so no you cant loop it.....bend it back a little and put it on be a nice clean mod to relocate it like on the V`s out of the way hmmmmmmmm
  13. Scumbags!!, could have spent the money on a useful mod...meh what to do it's been replaced now what's next on the cards??
  14. im intrigued, do you have any pics of the scratched glass?
  15. forged pistons will allow you to take the engine up to higher levels of boost IF within stock revs ~7.5k (although is not just revs which kill rods)....its all about the map if i had the money id just rebuild a high spec standard engine forged pistons and shell out for a decent mapper....if your wanting hybrid or td04 (ive read it runs out off puff by 7k on tgtt) youll be fine with just stock rods get the GT ones if you can. Td04 is more than enough power for a FTE after that your just chasing figures...and traction
  16. You can use std rods theres nothing wrong with doing so, IF your staying within the rev limit of 7-8k have a look at the Jam glanza iirc it only has uprated pistons and was pushing out 280 odd
  17. them afr gauges are poo poo from what ive heard....what values does it use to say your car is normal/lean/stoic? waste of money you need the exact value of there abouts to get the best power and to know whats going on......normal can have a big range as can lean etc etc
  18. if it has them just use them and replace them at your next service interval or whenever your ready, what grade are they?? there not rubbish just when you compare them to the iridiums the iridiums are much more popular in tuning circles than any other plug i know Most motor factors just push the plats on to noobs who dont have a clue of whats whats......kinda lame expensive stock no garages buy em unless the car manufacturer states the car HAS to have them
  19. iridium, dont waste your money on the plats tried and tested for the V, make sure you get the right grade also ebay is the cheapest delivered for them ~£20 delivered for the grade 7 BKR*EIX is the code replace * the heat grade iirc goes from 5-9
  20. Yeahhh boii!!
  21. front seat all the way forward (gives you extra space) handle off (has like a U clip bit of a bitch, also dont lose it),undo the door card, lift the door card up to remove, pull the plastic to one side put the handle back on and locate the window so you can see + remove the bolts (toyotas are nice like this and its really really easy to undo the windows) lift the window out, check/clean the seals drop the new window in from the top align the holes + bolt in, put the plastic back as best you can (the plastic is also a good indicator to show if the window/door has been messed around with previously......just abit of history about your car) operate the window to see if everything is ok, put everything back on stand back, smoke a pipe and stroke a lion P.s before starting out make sure your tools/hands are really clean otherwise youll have a right job of cleaning up the fabric
  22. is it the little triangle one or the main one? any pics?
  23. Propa little beast, getting really stuck in with the big guys......must really be pushing it respect to the driver would be nice if we could get a few n/a`s together and mess around on a track in the summer
  24. There all from china from what i can see, no one from the starlet community has reported failures iirc but theres only one from the honda community that i could find http://www.ek9.org/forum/engine/17720-alum...tor-review.html brand names such as koyo/mishimoto are alot more expensive than the ebay civic rads and the ep full size ones are stupidly expensive. The oem honda ones have plastic end tanks which crack over time tho so no real point in getting one of them where as the glanza ones are metal?....the EP71 came with a smaller rad not sure if its double core tho http://www.flickr.com/photos/34107011@N08/3906806200/
  25. Takes 2min put a plastic carrier bag over your hand and knock it off.....your taking the rest of the snow off anyway so??
