FE and FTE share the same head ^ the itb part of it is easy its the rest of the bits which cause all the ball ache

Hey!! ITBS has never been taken on by anyone few have come close but have ditched it all for the FTE.....the gains are just not known. To get set-up you will need ITBS (750 variant seems to be the most popular) silicone joiners Velocity stacks/air filter arrangement Inlet manifold to chop up Management (to control fueling + spark) To get the best out of the air thats coming in you will need cams (this is where it gets expensive a decent set of cams will set you back £200+ i wouldnt go for the FHE ones for the 1mm lift or so there really isnt any point) Head work (port and polish)

Loads of things but its wire related, our cars a very poorly earthed imo (hence the light flicker when the s l o w window goes up and the fan heater speed that changes according to revs) Check your earths, add more, get some sand paper clean the contact points, and separate + and - wires....do you run a sub/amp? make sure its earthed correctly aswell.

On a serious note, i`d pay around £50 for it anyone know what its really ment to be used for???? samurai sword.....

There arn`t any as far as im aware......springs, cams etc no valves.....

Were the top mounts replaced?? old ones used??

Which exhaust manifold would be best??? Read about 4-2-1 being good for low down-mid range whereas a 4-1 loses power lower down but has top end benefits....is this car/spec specific?? as the 1st 4E-FE had a 4-2-1 manifold also is it good to wrap the exhaust? after searching around if not done properly or a certain part is left exposed it can develop hotspots and lead to a fire Mods: K+N panel + cold air feed corolla mani 7AFE TB

Ditch em, there not legal what ever anyone says they wern`t made for our cars if anyone comes up behind me with them on and cause glare/blind me i just chase them the fuck down full beam ftw!! dont care what anyone says clear lense this and quad light projector that (also i dont think the quad light has the right projector) dipped or high.....save your money/time/headache get uprated headlight bulbs............im shopping around for some atm

check im pretty sure the problem is, its not grounded...attach a wire to the outter casing of the headunit > metal of the car, should let you put the fuse in.

Have you grounded the headunit properly?
