  1. Good thing is most N/As are now comming onto needing valve stem seals replacing = an ideal oppurtunity to get the head sorted, springs whacked in there with some decent cams.

Enrico set me straight on the acis manifold http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....l=acis+manifold In the case of the rods, where is most of the power achived....thought it was between 5-6k? if so shouldnt be much of a problem could always go 5E which is stronger?? on the 6 speed after reading around (tgtt mainly) they dont seem to be held all that high supposidly being weak etc.....   11. Personally, fuel filter/thermostat/seals etc from toyota every other part is avaliable from motor factors NGK,ADL etc etc.....headgasket kits i`d only buy from toyota or federal-mogul (payen) and belts i`d buy gates (i belive toyota themselves use these guys now?)

    Been really peed off over the last month or so....theres just so many "mature" dumb-ass drivers 1) over taking, this is usually followed by a dirty look as they pass (ugly so n so`s) 2) going over the limit to get past 3) pulling in/out at stupid times to go back into the same lane (audi a8 driver this morning, his wife was waving and saying something......poor btch) 4) taxi drivers (i know you need to make money but for fs chill out if you get the job you get it no need to be hasty) 5) little bags of piss cars (clios, fiestas, puntos etc etc) seriously guys i only have a N/A but i could sti

  22. Yup best to change it, 75w90? about 2lt? undo the bottom nut to drain, then re-fit undo the middle and top nut and fill thru the top one, when fluid drips from the middle hole you have enough. If you have an LSD the oil you may require will be different
  23. Both would be at the limit on standard internals @ 1bar i`d imagine, and the CT-9 wont last very long......have a read around
