    previous owner did the clutch less than 5000miles ago though, which is what im a bit worried about. il replace the bearing first as its not too big a job to take it all off. any ideas where to get one?

    was a chattering/humming coming from car when driving but when clutch was dipped noise stopped, so am i right in thinking its the release bearing? took gbox off this morning and didnt feel too bad tbh, anything else worth checking whilst its off? ta

    yeah but so does paracetamol? everything has side effects and some people seem to get them worse ive taken ephe for a while and have no bad side effects, apart from fat loss obv as i said tho, read up on anything you take first oxyelite also seems to get good reviews

    3 weeks isnt a long time tbh so your best bet is moving more and eating a lot less eat 500cals less than your maintenance and try and do as much cardio a day as poss could try a few supplements too. ephedrine and caffeine in a stack are good for weight loss, and yohimbine is good for loosing weigh around your man handles haha loads of info on the net to help you tho

    take out glove box and it makes it easier, 2 10mm bolts at bottom corners and three screws at top behind box

    paisley have gone downhill badly. i sent items that literally got destroyed and got no refund. plus they have started at least doubling the price of stuff i post as i live in the highlands, which is a load of bullshit as i dont! direct courier solutions are good, also wheel carrier!
