its so easy mate. loosen the PAS and alternator, remove belts. unbolt the PAS pump and move it out the way. unbolt the crank pulley and remove it. take off the pulley covers. take the spring off the tensioner pulley, then undo the bolt on the pulley just enough so it moves about. take old belt off. line the timing marks up on the head and crank. put new belt on. do everything back up again! takes about an hour.

it does surprise me where the wg ends up... they should just pop it over to the right under the rad hose.

havnt done an update in a while.... but at the weekend i actually changed my rear pads... they were so low im surprised my discs arnt fucked. lol. also got half of the toms skirts on, and i like em. i wasnt sure, but now they are on they look the win. ill get pics up soon when ive finished them properly. also, gots me an el'sport rear c pillar bar to complete the braced mess that is the inside of my car. also bought a bullet cam that bolts onto it ^^ vids on the way....

if youre after track orientated road legal tyres. get R888s. ive actually got a gallon of 10w30 at home. i dont have an oil change planned soon. so you can take that if you want. you at japshow next weekend? and yes, alot of the big manufacturers have NGK make their plugs, but some also use denso, which ive had jip with in the past. im an NGK fanboy.

how wrong? t1rs are good tyres. they hardly spin up on mine, and they are great in the wet.

royal purple 5w30 is about 45 a gallon. its a bit more than others, but you can tell the difference immediatly, the car seems happier if that makes sense. put it this way, Cruise use RP in all of their cars... its in qrt bottles aswell, so you get one to leave in the car for topupz. and yeah, the sard plug is about 7 quid, and i highly recommend them.

me or simon can get royal purple mate. and i use 5w30. because its awesome. and tyres. i use T1-Rs. would also recommend the SARD mag+ sump plug. its scary how much metal is floating about in your engine....

i run grade 8s for the extra boosts. you are running higher than your average. so grade 8s. also, last sard bad boy i got was on ebay. cost about a tenner! lol. i just buy them when i see em.

i use the SARD mag filters. because they are the win and have magnets in. and we all know magnets are just awesome. use royal purple oil. and use the NGK irids grade 8. job done.

i dont think he means them mate. on the actual caliper itself theres a coil spring that pulls the cable back.
