yeah mate, went up there this morning, and they said it wasnt their problem. i popped the bonnet and stared having a look about. and they said that all the gears had gone now. so i was fucking screwing. i clonked it into 2nd by hand and drove it home to check it out properly. and discovered the cunts had snapped the selector cable inside the sheath. i couldnt see it when i had done it because it was dark, but in the day it was as clear as crystal. they were numptys for not spoting it... i ordered a new one and im all game for weds now mate. thank fuck.

also, snapped a shifter cable today, ftw :angry: heres a pic i just took out the window to shut you cunts up ^^ havnt quite got the front lip lined up right yet ;\

blitz, apexi and sard make aftermarket filters for the stock box. but tbh. you cant beat the K&N. they are the wins.

youll see a better handling gain from the alps and the rear ARB mate. trust me. ive tried LOADS of different suspension setups on the glanza, and ive found this combo to be the best for fast road use.

if your mechanically minded. changing a cam belt is not hard to do. can do all the belts in under 2 hours on a 4e.

technically its a cam cover. the starlet doesnt have rockers... or rockets for that matter

the gasket is rubber, so it should be fine mate. just cover it over when you take it off so no shit gets in.

the 4e has overhead cams, it doesnt have tappets, it used over-bucket shims, which should be fine if you are using stock cams. the head bolts are in 2 stages and bolt out in a star pattern from the top centre. ill try to find you a diagram, because i cant remember off the top of my head.

im not gunna get it mapped to the fullest to start. im gunna start with about 1.2bar. its torque steering at 6 psi. so i dont want to go all out first. i need to learn to drive it in this new form a bit before getting it up to 2 bar. i still recon itll be 300hp at 1.2 though. ill let you lot know what it puts out. also, ZEP 3 point rear bar ftw should go nicely with the room bar.
