Another glanza owner Welcome bud.Enjoy youre stay

when i fitted my hybrid, it smoked constantly for about 3 days. Pure comedy driving through town with smoke pouring out the bonnet vent. just let it idle till the smoke stops comming off, then give it a gentle drive to burn any oils off like a scene out of wacky racers

1 bar is 14.5psi matey. If youre running a standard ct9 turbo, it will become almost useless anything over 1bar. So yeah, with the sard ecu, fuel pump and youre mods, it should pack quite a punch running 1bar. You dont have it listed, but im assuming if youre running a decat, youre also running a full exhaust..In which case, next part you should be looking at should be a manifold. The turbo will spin up much more freely. Id personally go for the walbro pump, ive heard the supra pumps dont flow quite as much, im sure enzo can back me up?

Im allways being pulled over. Its a bit of a pisstake in so much that its a complete and utter waste of my time..And the police officers.. When they could be out watching over little nonces like the ones around my area who enjoy smashing cars and property up! But theres allways the other point, what if somebody had stolen youre car for example. They would have pulled him and got youre car back.. Allthough i know exactly how you feel.It sometimes does have its ups..sometimes

If i were you, id run a fuel pump.Better safe than sorry. And definately want to be running one if youre going above fuel cut. What boost you looking to run mate?

Youre doing an immense job mate! I love the colour too, allthough i was considering doing mine yellow with lots of carbon when the time came.. Ill have to have a re think now, as you beat me to it Muchos respect to you for doing all the work youre self! I really find it amusing when people show off there cars, but they havent done a single bit of the work themselfs! So well done mate! And keep us updated before those pesky tgtt boys

Sounds like something from the matrix

You can normally reuse the rocker cover gaskets, as long as there not damaged, just put a bead of silicone around it to help seal.
-
If for some reason youre bov doesnt come with the flanged intercooler pipe, i can sell you mine for cheap as im running a fmic now.
-
Awesome mate, i will do Be a good site to arrange local meets ! and spotted etc
-
17.5% lol pointless. I did mine limo black the rear 2 sides and rear screen. Its that dark inside now the fronts look tinted too Good for those dogging sessions
-
Alright matey, most blitz bov's come with a strange flange and a special intercooler pipe. Just literally swap the intercooler pipes over, by removing the jubilee clips. Screw the bov to the pipe , making sure to use the gasket between the bov flange and the intercooler pipe flange. run the vacum line to the intake as in the picture. the memorys of v when it was standard

Nice one matey. Ill sign up to it when ive finished my days work on the kit

If you own a heat gun its a simple job with a bit of patience. you want some baby shampoo mixed with water. Meths to clean the glass. Moddeling knife to trim the tint. The rear screen will want to be done in 2 or 3 strips, you apply the film on the outside of the glass, trim it etc. Then peel it off, remove the backing film , and apply to the inside of the glass. Use a heat gun to mould it slightly, it will form hard curves easier. Cut the rear window film into 3 strips and but them up to the rear de-mister lines in the glass.Do it carefully and yo wont notice the joins. Just make sure

I bought mine from rarerims. Allthough i had nothing but hassle from them, mixed up center caps and offset fitment etc. bout a month later of keep sending things back i finally got the right ones lol Go through somebody like dave burwash who is a trader of them And what i dont agree with is the NON-jdm haters. Thats what it comes down to, there awesome wheels, and im thoroughly pleased with mine.As are all of the other owners who have owned rotas!

scoops are gay on n/a 's Unless you plan on a turbo conversion, dont waste effort IMO Ididnt think there were any vented n/as bonnets available either, thats why people go to the effort of glanza conversions.
-
Yepp, if you want to run a glanza bonnet on a uk spec, you will need the headlights and bumper to match. vice versa

Pop to our local meets

Yeah some decent lightweight rims will help with acceleration very slightly.

No worrys bud.I fitted mine to the bulk head where the air filter used to sit. I had to buy a new length of vacum hose as the original wasnt long enough to stretch across the bay. Just make sure you have enough room to mount the gauge on the side , when youre deciding where to fit the regulator
-
No worrys matey.Glad to be 'o service lol

Id go for the handling mod's too first. Get a quality brake setup, discs and pads... also lines as there the best brake upgrade you can buy. Along with dampers, stock dampers are useless. Boat time any body ? If you can handle a bit of a harsh ride on bumpy road, but an immense drive on smoother roads and tracks, go for a coilover setup. I wont be looking back again after going for coilys. Granted you have to take it easy over harsh roads, but then once youre clear and you have a nice few corners its immense

Ah right cant find a picture... But any way, the vacum hose from ontop of the regulator goes into your inlet manifold. The petrol hose from the bottom of the regulator goes to your fuel return line. The line on the side of the regulator goes to youre intake line. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y26/saxor...pg?t=1183831193 (copy and paste into address bar, the img tags arent working for some reason) So on that picture , The left hand feed is youre intake feed. The feed going out from the bottom goes to youre return. The blanking bolt on the right is a pressure gauge take off.So scr

Ill find you a picture bro. Did you buy it brand new ?
