Agreed.. Whats so special about it? Black Glanza with black rims and a few modifications.. -
Fcons are old hat now bro. With such an easy unit to setup, any tuner with afr and egt gauges can set one up.
-
erm, semtans? Never heard of them If its just a mechanical unit that fits onto the speedo cable it wont delimit it bud. Youll have to buy an electronic unit like the hks sld to remove it.. OR some ecu's remove the speed limit etc Hope thats some help

1.2 bar even on a hybrid ct9 is alot mate. Im assuming it is hybrid? because if hes running a standard ct9, it wont be making any power over about 1bar any way.. Just turns into a heater lol Heating the air up and doing sod all performance wise. MAP sensors are prone to going.. Is he running a piggybak ecu or standalone?

Yeah, as idrees said matey. Unless youre handy at wiring, or have a mate whos an autosparky, Get looking in the yellow pages bud. They wouldnt charge much to trace the wires and figure it out and sort

Crack around exhaust mounting bracket
Glanza_Ragger replied to turbo newbie's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Only worry when you notice a performance loss, or it sounds like a tank rolling down the road.. If not, dont worry..even brand new cars will have tiny fractures in the head around stud holes etc, obviously keep an eye on them as ideally you dont want any. Dont even bother thinking about welding it, waste of time. -
Hey. Have a look on ebay, theres plenty of speedo convertors on there.. Remember though, you get what you pay for..So spend a bit more on a decent quality one, as the cheaper ones die after silly low milage. Find youre speedo cable, at the back of the gearbox, unscrew it, screw in youre convertor and then screw youre cable back into the convertor housing. 2 minute job. It will not "de-limit" youre car though.. If youre talking about delimiting it, you will need a speed limit defencer such as a HKS SLD. They splice into youre ecu just like a fuel cut defencer would. that will remove

God bless you all. Ive missed you guys *crys and hugs monitor*

Crack around exhaust mounting bracket

Depends where exactly you mean.Sometimes the head has tiny heat fractures around the bolt holes..any pictures? -
nice one, should be put into the how to section.

Its body sealent silicone. Best bet, remove fuel filler cap and give it a while to let gasses escape. Get a brand new stanley knife blade, and hack, hack and hack some more at the paste thats holding the cover on ! Might take you a while but if you run the blade all the way round the cover a few times over, then give it a wee prise it should pop off.
-
L O L Ive thought this many a time!
-
Thats a good reason matey lol.Im not totally sure to be honest.I didnt follow the live back from the fuel pump when i fitted my walbro. did you snap the wire? surely you can hunt for a broken live wire matey ?
-
Yeah it doesnt realy matter what country there from. Its all down to the spring rates. Im running 6f 4r as long as you get the right setup springs, its all good. Only reason i said d2's is because of his budget. There brilliant quality for there price. Personally im running Cusco's.I woulnt touch Teins ever. They leak way too easily.
-
yeah as streetracer said. D2's are a good buy.Excellent price and top quality parts. Slightly softer spring rates too, than most jdm coily kits. So not as harsh on our pothole ridden roads
-
yepp he does.
-
no worrys matey. Shouldnt need any larger than 330's on a ct9. there wouldnt be any need
-
330's are normally what ct9 users run.But dont buy any unless you know youre maxing youre injectors out Get it on a rolling road and get it checked, if there maxing out, upgrade
-
each engine is different. But id have thought 150-170ish..Somewhere around that mark. All depends on condition of engine etc
-
600..Should get you some D2 v2's or second hand buddyclubs, teins, cusco's,trd etc with a few pennys spare
