I would think they'd do about the same as a turbo and max around 1.4-1.5bar... Boost will come in about 800rpm's earlier then a TD04... Yes its able to be rotate, the locking pin has been grinded off to allow for twisting... Uses same flanges as a TD04L... You could use a TD04L actuator yes...

As long as the hks actuator has taken up the slack... but not too tight... That's fine... You will get more whistle if your building more boost then you were before.. What boost are you building now?

turbo could push over 300bhp... HOWEVER a stock engine will not cope... Your limit on the engine is around 250bhp...

It wouldn't run out of puff at all. Would spool silly fast... Would do 260-270bhp on a 5e surely!

haha, I think so Rob! Well, new clutch has arrived... Race-Tech Custom Spec Competition Clutch 4 Puk, Unsprung Clutch Disc Modified Pressure Plate It should cope with the 400bhp the car should generate... We Hope!

The problem with going the FPR and FCD route... To run 1 bar of boost... Is your cant adjust the fueling progressively... The fueling doesn't want to change low end, when your running .6bar or 1bar of boost... But if you whack the pressure up so it fuels ok up to end on boost. its going to be too rich low end. Drive like shit... Sell the FCD and FPR... Get an E-Manage or Plug & Play ecu and the car will start perfect everytime!

Comes with the wiring. (you'll need to wire it into your car tho... You'll need some vaccum line too. I haven't got any to provide with it im afraid!
