Id take that oil breather off and give it a good clean and dry it properly as it looks like its clogged up with shit in that video If it compression tested ok, wont be piston rings or bottom end related... I think its fine... Just needs to be used! Clean that oil breather out with some de greaser and thoroughly dry it out again before refitting!

Depends if/where the gasket is failing Cyl to Oil Way would cause blue smoke... Cyl to water way would cause white smoke and missfires... Take it for a decent drive and keep an eye on levels!

Dust wouldnt cause that fella... Erm, pretty time consuming... Compression/Leak Test Go for a longer drive first tho to make sure its getting worse and not just condensation...

Its its been parked up for a long period of time in a very cold place... Its possible for residue to build up like that on the oil cap... Gives ie a long drive... and see if it improves... If not will be a coincidence that its failed...
