  3. The drag of the pump on the engine.... Somthing else the engine has to spin! The weight of the pump, pully, rad, metal pipework & brackets The space to allow fmic's and filter relocations!
  4. I know some engines hate the stuff, and some engines it works well with.... Would running some redex or some kind of injector cleaner through my fuel system clean my injectors out well, or would it be better to leave it be? Cheers Matt.
  5. Hi folks. i bought my glanzas last week, and it came with cusco coilovers already on it! the tops of them have numbers on them which i think is adjustable stiffness.... There numbered 1 to 5? Is 1 the softest or is 5 the softest? I didnt get a manual with them hence me asking!? lol Cheers Matt.

  9. ok so i was sick of driving around in silence (no stereo) so i got myself a double din headunit! Pioneer P4100DVD i think it is! Brand new! Filled the hole nicely, needed a bit of filing tho, was a couple of mm too small! It only as front speakers atm too! which are ever so tinny! So some better speakers are most likely on the list of things to do too!

On the 28th February 2010! I purchased my Glanza from a importer in Manchester for £3400 She's a 1998 on a S reg. 58000km (which is about 32000miles i think) 12months MOT 6months TAX Im the first UK owner of the car too! Got a few optional extras i believe too! Climate Control Passenger Airbag Rear Blue UV Tints Wind Deflectors Clear Rear Brake Light and my Flare is still there Came with a few goodies too! Fujitsubo Power Getter Stainless Exhaust System SARD R2D2 Blowoff Valve Cusco Zero-1 Coilovers HKS Mushroom Filter G-Reddy Musical Turbo Timer! Enough chat anyways, here she is! The bodywork is completely mint tho! Not a dent, scratch, mark or crease! I love driving it! Its truely an awesome car! Watcha all think?
  13. my bad if its a repost got it in an email this morning :s shocking!
  14. http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=332375 dont look if yer a bit sensitive. The accident the driver lost his legs. but both driver and passenger survived!
  15. oki doke. so can any 1 vouch for how far they go back!?
  16. yeh but there will be a sensor in the seat... or the light wud flash all the time??
  17. dreamer. ha!
  18. Im quite tall being 6ft6. i fit in my 98 glanza quite well, but cant help thinking an extra couple of inchs further back on the seat wud be perfect! Does the optional recaro interior go further back then the original oem interior? and ontop of that, will my passenger seat seatbelt warning light flash still work with the seats? Cheers Matt.
  19. saw this advertised too! looks like a good purchase dude! Take care of her!
  20. you know better then me boys, thats what the guys at the dealership told me... twas dark when i got home, havent had time to have a real close look! I no the coilovers are cusco tho cus it says it on them lol luv driving it!
  21. ive been asking plenty of questions on here, "will i fit in a glanza" and "i cant hpi my glanza" and ive had some very good advice and reassurance from you guys! http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...e=STRK:MEWAX:IT Went up to the dealership yesterday, and after a bit of haggling as it didnt have a stereo and the front bump has a small scuff right at the bottom.... £3400 later, i came away with my glanza! 58000km (converted to mph by the dealership for me) roughly 36,000miles 12months mot 6months tax white 98! the bodywork is immaculate, no dents or scratchs anywhere apart from the front bumper i mentioned! Came with cusco coilovers on it that look like new, apxi filter & apexi dump valve, greddy turbo timer and a full exhaust of some sort kinda looks like a hks system but ill get her on the ramp this week for a closer look! Even though i was in complete silence (no stereo) i enjoyed the 100mile drive home, twas fantastic! Wen i got home i swapped the little pipes over (like in the guide on this site i read somewhere) which really brings the car to life! I can certainly see why they WOULD limit the car! lol Anyways just a quick thanks basically to those who reassured me when i was doubtful, turns out to be pretty perfect from what ive seen Major detailing sesh this weekend Project thread to follow! Cheers Guys n Gals! Matt.
  22. alot less then evo, imprezza or jap equiv as a guess lol
  23. u still deserve a slap for it...
  24. the hype i believe is cus of the engine no?? 800bhp from a 2.0 4pot? that not impressive? there tunability makes them popular too.. Lots of tunability makes somthing popular too
  25. as we all know he got crashed into and his starlet got wrote off! He is driving round in a purple (he will say its blue) but its purple... Suzuki vitara... He has said he will be buying a quadlight white ep82 for summer... But when i asked wat he is going to do to it... he said nothing... Not any exhaust, not any filter, no tinkering with the boost! You can own a starlet like you did before then buy another and leave it be! stop being such a bum hole and buy and tune your next one! RANT OVER!
