dont block it up the pipe coming out of it releases fuel vapour. just vesnt it straight to atmosphere i ran a small tube of vaccum hosing under the car and let it out that way. im guessing blocking it wont do it much good as the whole point of the charcoal filter when new was to release fuel vapour into the filter then the filter wil reduce the level of emissions coming out or something along them lines lol

wow 18month old thread bump but yeah as socks said he got a lot lot less on MM's dyno which from what I've seen is a very good precise dyno gee's car looked and sounded awesome though whatever power it was making
