    Mahoooooooooosive update here First the best bit. Massive MASSIVE thanks to Socks for this one he actually pretty much had to end up learning japanese to get hold of this.     dont crash diet though cause that dont work eat plenty of veg and protein as you said. go running its a good way to lose it. you near any pools too cause swimming is one of the best ways to tone up as you use nearly every muscle in your body
