The SR20DET is a good base for modification (though I've heard yours is pre-modified already) It's a big rear-hooker though and you'll need to watch when you put down the power, especially if it's got a larger turbo with more lag... going round a corner then you make full boost
-
£500 sounds an absolute bargain... assuming they're not buckled like 50p bits. Though it's still cheaper for the replicas!
-
My mate bought a turboXS one for his diseasel corsa... he had it on his Carlos Sainz and it's possibly the loudest BOV I've ever heard - it even dumped at 0psi ????? (maybe his gauge was a little off ) I like compressor surge personally it's not as destructive as everyone thinks, only if you're running huge boost levels, like 1.5BAR+ The SSQV is soooo common around my way. And the greddy in that clip doesn't sound like my mates... his is more a a lazy woosh like the baileys.
-
That's pretty awesome!!! Dunno how safe I'd feel though

A couple more pics added in post#2 Not the best work, but gives an idea.

Got your front bumper done on my lunch break... gotta go back to work now though Colour isn't exactly matched, and it's slightly wonky, but best I could do in 15min whilst eating I'll give you back bumper a shot tomo or later on. ****LATER THAT DAY**** ;) Not very god, but gives you the idea I've extended the front and back bumpers to give you the same depth as the skirts. Hope that gives you an idea mate.

The same reason they've stopped producing the celica and mr2 series altogether... they don't make enough money to be viable.
-
I dunno... I might be able to bring it Would need to steal it first though! Heard it's only running 11's right now, but I'm sure they'll be looking for consistent sub 10sec runs. Stuart wants to sell his now whilst he can still call his the fastest celica in the UK

wepr/blitz fmic's & blitz blitz ss bov?
lobotomy replied to Glanza_Ragger's topic in Intake, Turbo & Exhaust
Yep you should be able to ask sacha to weld the appropriate flange into his WEPR pipework, but as for the Blitz kit you prob won't. -
Very nice. Any more details? Are those volk wheels? I was gonna say I thought it looked like troon in the background but read your profile and it says you are There's loads of Glanza's in ayrshire now I love white V's
-
I'd suggest a burst in a hose. or leaky hose connection somewhere, you might not notice it when the car is idling but if you have an RRFPR (ie rising rate FPR) then as the fuel pressure rises you might burst a leak somewhere that isn't when you are idling.

Think Geo is meaning the profile of the tyre. To be honest I don't think the profile matters unless it's under 40% or you're aiming for HUGE potholes.
-
I never had to log in. But if that's a focus (the vids a little blurry) looks like charlie shaws cossie powered focus thats always at knockhill doing the drifting.
-
How much would you be looking for the wheels mate?
-
Love your sparco's anyway mate Shame you're going for dif wheels!
-
Sorry mate but the middle ones are a bit ugly in my opinion. The ROTA grids are Volk TE37 replicas, I think they'd look great in bronze (think they call it steel grey) The buddy-club wheels are pretty nice wheels, though the SF are the kinda heavy versions (still quite reasonable though) if you're wanting light, light, light then go for the QF's I'd still take the Grid's though. They're a bargain.

No it's just a big carbon fibre sheet. My mates 600BHP ex-fensport ST205 came with the very same.... pretty much to put stickers on.
-
I dunno about anybody else but that looks an awful lot like a euro sign to me... The pic links directly to the site so you can see for yourself.
-
The website says "stock in london" so I'm guessing there
-
Yeah 275 (euro's) ~ £185 Not really that expensive for a rear bumper.
-
Why not use a mk1 mr2 supercharger?
-
Van atken box!
-
Can't say I've ever seen that kit, well looks more like a DTM style diffuser splitter attached to an oem bumper, but still never seen anything like that.
-
I know the little lip spoiler on the lexus IS200 boot has a little tte badge on it. dunno if that would be suitable.

Wow you guys are up late Thanks very much. Don't think I'll be doing much, off tomo (well today as it's 1am) but working the rest of the week and weekend Sure I'll make up for it soon!!
