A blow would make it sound really rough, did the decal seal tight? Is the turbo bigger at all?

Wow, that's an amazing finish! Gotta be one of the nicest sets of wheels on here! Any idea how much they'd charge to do a set of 15" wheels? Guessing that's an expensive option with that colour? -

If they're ET30-40 they should fit fine, spigot ring might need changing though. I think the Starlet size is 54.1mm

Not 100% on mapping, Chris Ireland bolted an FTE setup to a 5e NA. Using a wideband and RRFPR I think he said it's fuelling okay so far

True true, but I think most people who have tried TD04 will probably prefer it over the CT9
