Haha what's changed your mind? Also Adam I thought my phone quoted your post but must have missed it, I know I need to do the bumper but I don't get much time free these days haha, gotta get round to it at some point

Many thanks for the compliments guys, I appreciate it! Looking to get Rainsport 2s, Google tells me not many people have stretched them but one or two people I saw on a Dub forum says they stretch fine on 15x8 Never really been a fan of matte black, it's quite common even on factory finished cars nowadays! Yeah I like them but don't think I was ever 100% on them! Amir is buying them back for his EK4 when I get hold of my new wheels Yeah I think it's Raffi that has XXRs, these are reps in a much more practical fitment, I reckon we'll probably get a few EPs on here running them! Yeah t

Don't know why people hate on these ECUs, I use a Mine's one on CT9 and love it! Blitz tend to be the most common followed by Jam. The EP82 ones are harder to come by from what I've seen

Looks really nice! The 98 front, wheels and mirrors work really well together

I got to see these in the metal yesterday, amazing stuff guys. The quality is on par with Meister if not better, really solid and well built and with a longer warranty and a few hundred off the price you can't go wrong! -
Lol I'm a medical student and still in training so can't give you any official advice Yeah taking pain relief all the time, they'll become less effective and you'll need stronger meds Hope the MRI comes back okay
-
Hope everything's alright mate, do you use any medication for pain relief?
-
Probably Nick haha
-
It doesn't, I don't think yours has one either? Haha no worries man gimme a shout if you do they're sitting there all clean waiting to be used!

Thanks I've not looked much into how to do flaring over rolling, is it just a matter of using a larger roller piece? I can probably do it on the NA but I'm not sure it can be done on the GT due to the arch trims? I know I'll have to cut them from the arch edge where they bolt in and then glue them on the arch after, but I don't think that they'll adhere and bend to a more curved and flared surface. Maybe I'm wrong I dunno! I actually asked if we could do this yesterday but it was only a display wheel he had in stock and he didn't wanna risk damaging it. I'm hoping it should be okay, using w

Here I am thinking I was the only one awake Well Starlets have a weird tank shape, when you fill it to the top they appear full for ages, then as it drops, it goes down progressively faster haha If you need it I have my old NA Speedo cluster here, £10 takes it and it was working fine when I took it out

Hello! I'm buying some 15x8 ET30 and went for a test fit yesterday on my EP91. They look great but they will definitely need a fair bit of work to make them fit without fouling arches etc! -Coilovers are a good idea for extra stiffness (stock dampers and lowered springs compress and roll too much) -An adjustable panhard rod will be needed at the rear end to get the axle in line -Stretched tyres are pretty much a must, I'll be using 195/45 on the 8J -Arches will need to be rolled out as much as you can! I've uploaded some pics in my build thread here, I assume it's these wheels y

Cheers buddy, ask and ye shall receive! *Update* Went to test my new wheels on the NA yesterday, suffice it to say I'm in love with them I did like the white wheels, but having seen them on two GTs before they didn't really feel at home on mine really! Also wasn't fond of the colour and that they need new tyres soon ideally. The new ones are XXR replicas, 15x8 ET30. The offset does sound quite high/reasonable for a Starlet but believe me the extra inch in width over typical Starlet wheels makes a crazy difference I'm already on coilovers and I have a panhard rod but to clear

Check your tyre pressure, oil level I get 300 to a tank (100 from indicated half to near empty)

I'm using the ones that came on my GT, stock discs with Greenstuff pads I was using in the NA before and they're so much better than before. Even good conditionn used ones will be okay and shouldn't cost a lot

Oh really? Grant mentioned to me there might be a slight change in the centre, but if that's so then great! My brother says the HKS has arrived in Cardiff, can't wait to check it out later tonight -
Any interest In Fia approved 4 point harnesses ?
Amjad replied to james@cjperformance's topic in Starlet Parts For Sale
Pink! Haha Just bear that in mind for anything you bring to market that is small and can match with a colour theme -
What exhaust did you use? What hangars did you have to change or any other alterations? Pics would be great! Thank you!
-
They're the same (Assuming neither has an optional lip!)

Brad I have a Japspeed exhaust but it's off a GT, it's in Cardiff but I MIGHT be able to bring it to Soton for Sunday? As far as I'm aware a backbox hangar needs changing between the model
