My Aunt's G6 'Rolla got written off today, just wondering how much the gearbox would be worth? Are there any other parts worth stripping before it goes to the scrappies?

Don't worry about panhard, I fitted and set up mine roughly with the help of Adz and the alignment place didn't adjust it. I noticed I do have a bit of neg camber at the back though ;)

Castor can be adjusted if you have an Anti-Lift/Castor kit -1.2 and my tyres are wearing evenly, I asked the dude who did mine if it was a nice amount and he said it wouldn't really affect wear much if at all

Looks way better! I think I preferred the wheels in black though they look a bit like Mondeo wheel trims now IMO I gotta drop your tools down soon too I keep forgetting lol

You don't need to go too crazy with what sort of foods you eat as long as you feed your body what it needs and not more My favourite post gym meal is chicken breast (2 pieces) cooked on a George Foreman grille with a baked potato and half a plate of salad. Enough carbs to replenish glycogen stores and protein to repair muscle. I'm not a big fan of boiled veg at all so I just avoid any take out and junk as I gain weight very easily

Disconnect it and plug it in again, this time letting it idle for 20 mins or so, take it for a gentle drive, building boost slowly and gradually after a few mins driving.

^Lamborghini don't have a 4.2L engine, only the R8 V10 shares a 5L V10 found in the Gallardo
