You don't need to go too crazy with what sort of foods you eat as long as you feed your body what it needs and not more My favourite post gym meal is chicken breast (2 pieces) cooked on a George Foreman grille with a baked potato and half a plate of salad. Enough carbs to replenish glycogen stores and protein to repair muscle. I'm not a big fan of boiled veg at all so I just avoid any take out and junk as I gain weight very easily

Thanks James! I told him to let me know before he makes a decision on the car so I'll let you know Yeah don't worry guys we thought we'd head down as the car wasn't very far from home. I advised him it's best to buy either a car that it pretty standard, or a well modified one that has been well maintained to save money moddding it. @Bobby,best to start a new topic my friend you'll get your answer easier
