  1. 2nd Gen 4efe Mileage: 86,000 miles Mods: - Apex'i Power Intake w/120 degree aluminium intake pipe and cold air pipe to bumper - '98 Corolla Intake Manifold - NGK Iridium Spark Plugs (Heat Range 5) - Custom 2" straight thorugh cat-back exhaust (Pro-Speed) Power/torque/fueling figure: 87.6bhp 89Ft/lb Graph:
  2. That's more like it! I would've been kicking myself if I you'd paid so little lol Seems like the OBX mani's don't offer a gain on 4efe without a piggyback or similar ECU Very healthy engine by the way! Mine was only on 86k
  3. Seriously?! Mani back for £140?! My Cat-Back cost £269! I though you had a stock mani?
  4. Must be the mani then, think this has proven it!
  5. Decat too right? Mine made 87.5 without a decat so I'm guessing that's what bumped it up a bit? Needless to say a good result!
  6. Well done! What mods are you running? Have you got a copy of the graph? What was the power curve like?
  7. They look awesome, but may be a bit too much with a shallow NA rear bumper
  8. I'm 20, 0 NCB and my NA quote was £600 FC with Admiral However that's with a £1k excess and paying all in one go!
  9. Thanks dude Nice sporty, yet economical runner
  10. Go drive a Leon Cupra TDi if you're thinking of a GTTDi We were looking for a Golf GTTDi, so many shit examples on the market, we bought this instead: http://www.ukstarletclub.com/forums/index....showtopic=35349 Awesome car, drives and looks so much better than a Golf!
  11. Good on you mate! Boost is the way forward
  12. I like the sound of that, looks smart on the MK4 golfs
  13. I don't think spats would work very well tbh, the NA bumpers are very shallow as it is and spats would emphasise that
  14. If you can find any bulb holders that fit let me know bro! ;)
  15. Click my sig, it even says so ;)
  16. Check out my build, I used a hacksaw then carefully sanded the cut bits down using a dremel tool. If you do it carefully enough you can get away with not respraying the cut bits, although you could probably use a touch up brush! It looks pretty bare though unless you put mesh in (again pics before, unmeshed after and meshed are in my build thread!)
  17. Thanks for the link, but £20 for some wires?! o.O
  18. Looks amazing Craig! Brilliant work you guys have done on the car!
  19. Glad to hear you're getting better mate! As Joz said have a look at GTs, maybe have a go in one when you feel up to it. I've driven an fte converted NA and a 1Bar Auto GT and my GT, the GTs feel so much more special! Just an idea
  20. I've been getting quotes for my GT, 1NCB 20yo on a GT is £1200ish which drops to £900ish with 2NCB 21yo
  21. Think I may have seen your car at Swansea cruise (was in my Green NA), but not with those wheels? Anyhoo looks quality on the Rotas, loving the strut brace display thing too! What offset/width are the wheels? I really want the Wanatabes that the Rotas are based on!
  22. Fitted the new light, well as best as I could with the slam panel being bent! Bonnet is still loose as I haven't refitted the bonnet support (need a few bits like crash bar, brackets so won't bother just yet!) Amjad
