  1. Sounds gig but if that's a decent dyno then well done! My GT held 0.8bar perfectly before I plugged in Mine's management (ported mani and wastegate)
  2. Just upgraded to Android ICS, it's made such a big difference to the phone
  3. Awesome phone, I have one too
  4. That's class! Only One of three EPs I've seen with side recesses smoothed!
  5. Oh dear
  6. Thanks guys. Think they need a light rub down then I'll follow up with compound and sealant
  7. Thanks for the suggestion but I'm just checking whether what I'm doing its correct
  8. Sorry for the wrong section by the way!
  9. Those of you that have met me are probably thinking, is Amjad really asking about detailing? Haha Is this correct? - Wash - Meguiars Ultimate Compound (not claying as wheels have just been sprayed) - Auto Glym SRPolish - Few layers of Poorboys wheel sealant Thanks Amjad
  10. Well a corolla tubular mani would give you 10bhp as the inlet is crap like the gen 3 4efe EDIT: Probably 10 with a Cat back exhaust anyway, few less without one
  11. Haha we had it right the first time! Flywheel or pressure plate is faulty, putting old kit back on now thanks Iddy!
  12. The bit where the clutch friction plate sticks out, is that the transmission or engine side?
  13. I have yeah. Well for now I'm going to fit the old kit as I know that worked fine, it will help to rule out these bits so if the fault occurs again it's down to fitting or something like that I may end up putting a new FE kit on later when I have the time, this flywheel may be dodgy or maybe it's just the clutch kit, I dunno!
  14. Can anybody please confirm which way the release bearing sits? One of the side tabs is angled, and not square like the other Does it sit toward the back of the fork like this: Or toward the front (ie spun round 180 degrees)? Had a look at the new pressure plate, it seems as though some of the pucks are distorted. I haven't got anything to properly check but I ran a ruler and credit card over each plate (old and new) and it seemed to catch on a few pucks on the new one a bit. I'm guessing this was because the friction plate was fitted the wrong way the first time? Would the slightly distorted pucks of the pressure plate be to blame for the car not going into gear even when the friction disc was put in the right way??
  15. Yeah we cleaned the shiny face with brake cleaner
  16. The boxes are very dirty lol won't they tell it's been fitted?
  17. Okay cool, shall I put the old one on or the new one? I just don't want to risk it putting the new one on
  18. What type of grease?
  19. New release bearing
  20. New pressure plate Old FE plate seemed straighter Videos of the release bearing are uploading now. Looks like one or two pucks have been bent out a bit on the plate
  21. Just finished up left the box off, bearing spins freely One of the pucks on the pressure plate looks kind of bent I'll post up pics and a video or two once I've cleaned up
  22. Still same problem, would reverse before but now if you try to get it in reverse the car completely stalls even with clutch pedal pressed Shall I just buy an FE clutch?
