it's not at all helped by the fact that the trackstar is THAT good it doesn't so much go round corners as turn the world round the car...
-
it's no laughing matter sonny jim... if I drove a car any quicker I'd bend the laws of time and space. honest.
-
That may be so if I were a mere mortal...but I have driving 'skillz'
-
well done Idrees
-
Agree with Rick, sticking a track sticker on a car that's never even sniffed the track is gayness to the max to the power of homo. I'll have a nurburgring sticker on the trackstar this summer...because I'll have been round it...and pwned it.

Ah cheers guys

A seperate story, but just as embarrassing...when I was a youngster, like 6 or something (it wasn't last week honest) I needed a dump, proper turtles head moment, I was playing outside the front of the house with friends.. Started to run to the house to take said dump, singing 'Ain't nothing gonna break my Stride' by Matthew Wilder (I'm an 80s kid) to myself as I went, feeling all awesome (oh the irony). Get about 10m from the front door and oops...oh dear, I appear to have shit my kecks. Obviously, the singing stopped and I kind of did that ass clench penguin shuffle the rest of the way t

These things happen all the time down at the gym...you're there, looking good for the ladies, you tense up ready to do a dumbell curl and show all the lovely ladies your bicep of steel and *pfffft* Never good.

Chuck Norris' calendar goes straight from March 31st to April 2nd; no one fools Chuck Norris.
-
On a rather bizarre side note....my boss here has just informed me he trained with Chuck Norris many years ago.. awesome. I'd eat one of my own testicles to be best friends with 'Chuck'
-
When Chuck Norris jumps in the sea, he doesn't get wet, the sea gets Chuck Norris. and finally, At home Chuck Norris has no doors....just walls he walks through.
-
Don't worry...the black one is a keeper for now it's the car the mad engine came from that's now all stock. Can I have the dizzy cap pweeeease? (obviously backup up with money)
-
I need a decent condition dizzy cap for EP82 turbo...as I'm getting the car ready to sell I'm servicing it and getting it running as it should. Any suggestions?
-
While urinating, Chuck Norris is easily capable of welding titanium.
-
Ah Sparky...Craft Square mirrors...I can get these They are the shizzle, the ones I have for racing are toss. they weigh 30g each which is the point of them...but as Rick says, you'd see more if you attached a piece of aluminium foil to string and dangled it from the window at speed.

the chief export of Chuck Norris is PAIN.... On a side note, one of my pointless but true stories from the past (I'm old, I ramble). Back at college, this chubby guy called Colin, used to talk a lot of shit....we'd take it all with a pinch of salt, you know the usual...he lived in a huge house with 20 bedrooms, his sister was a Vietnamese model, he used to live in Vietnam...his dad was best friends with Chuck Norris...Chuck Norris used to take Colin on the beach and spa with him as a kid... you know...etc Anyway, Last day of college, Colin brings in his photo album. Oh look....that's a f

whats the difference between a glanza s and a glanza v
NightSpirit replied to hill_bill10's topic in Lifestyle General
Glanza S also has one less stitch in the headrest fabric... Driver's side mind you -
cheers everyone It's a slow process, but good fun, especially in an enclosed space with all those fumes
-
Glanza's are newer and slightly better feel/more modern. 0-60 is slower than GT due to excess weight, 950kg vs 860kg. No idea on WRC Sales... Glanza's aren't quick, they move well for what they are, a turbo'd 1.3ltr engine, round town is where they excel due to zero lag. Take it on the motorway and everything including rep mobile Mondeo's etc will push you out of the way. I owned an MR2 Turbo, when I bought it, it was stock...2 freinds with EP82's (one of which I now own) followed me on the motorway, down the sliproad, foot down...good bye EP. Just look at the figures, FF 133hp from a 1.3l

I'll ask, or he may reply!

Very true...yup I'm rather out of pocket in this instance but hey..it happens.

Thanks Adam, I don't want this thread to turn bad, I've pm'd Ryan, it's his call...just wanted to update you all with the situation. That was many many moons ago when I was properly dicked by an American seller and well, I couldn't do that to someone else. Sounds cliched but do unto others and all that

Cheers for the vote of confidence guys, and Riko for having noticed I'm sexy. To be fair to Ryan, this ordeal has gone on far too long so I understand him being unhappy.

I thought I'd update this thread... I've heard back from the specialist, there's an average of 0.6-0.7mm left on the plates (actual depth of friction). Upon also seeking the opinion of RB Motorsport..feel free to call them up by the way, they're the UK official distributor of OSGiken, listing the EP82 clutch at £750 http://www.rbmotorsport.co.uk/racingclutch...delname=Starlet They also informed me that with those measurements, and I quote 'There is plenty of life left in that unit'. People have asked me why I get items checked if this happens, the answer is simple...it's a third pa
