well went and looked at the car, the guy runs it from his house and seems cool. More to the point the glanza is very clean bodywork and interior wise, but something about it just puts me off. Steering wheel is on the wonk which i hate and if i were trying to sell a car i would sort that straight away. Speedo is in kpm still, so needs to be converted, what would i be looking at to get that done? Steering wheel was very worn aswell for a car which had done 85k, and had pink rear calipers! lol. i agree really but i might go and offer him a silly amount and se what he says. I would like a standard one as its a base for me to do things with. Just handy as its near to me. Would not mind a slightly modded one tho

Anyone know of them? Or near them? Just they have a 97 white v there bog standard other then lowered. 85k and they want 2995. Is that alot? Should I look else where? Silver is awful to match up, used to have a silver 206 and matching that paint was a total nightmare

Well i would prefer to sell the glanza boot part complete with the lenses,as i cant see me selling the surround on its own, but if you sorted me 18pounds i will sell the lenses on there on. you mean to reverse lights yea?

Well so far i have not even been given a quote. Just told no and wont touch it. So i reckon i will just get a glanza instead, same as my sr is mint and would be perfect for upgrading to a turbo.

Been ringing around companys and no one so far will insure a engine change on my sr....!!! So if you have changed your engine and insured it who have you done it with?

Cheers for the reply, ended up bolting thru the front holes and then on the actual floor for the rear too. Nice and low now which is alot better

Really!!!!! i think they are awesome, and compared to the standard starlet seats they are a hell of an improvement.And for 40 quid twas a bargin. Did look at other seats but unless i find a cool 1k for a recaro seats http://www.recaro-automotive.com/en/produc...ortster-cs.html like i had in my old vxr then nothin, all other bucket seats suck arse lol. Yea the drivers seat has side bolster, seat bolster adjusters. Lumbar adjuster and all in damn comfy.

I will have to check on how much vinyl i have left mate but yea can do but i do need to adjust the green part a bit. Its getting there, just wanna get the wheels all done now, i have one fitted and now have another 4 to do.

Little update In the process of respraying the speedlines. Went for Rover Gunmetal Grey. Also made up some new graphics for the sides as the old ones were faded. Made up a set which have not got the bit removed for the side strips as i might remove them a yet. And the ones with the cut out Heres a before and after of them fitted And after just need to make up the sr. Evening all, i got these today http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...2#ht_500wt_1156, thing is they are not a straight swap, but i have seen them fitted to a starlet before so i wondered if anyone on here has fitted them to their car. Thinking about cutting off the brackets from the starlet seats and welding them to the corolla seats. The runners are about an inch wider apart on the corolla seats so gonna have to modify them abit. any help is good peoples This is the starlet i see with them fitted on detailing world

Personally i will raise the rear a touch as its suffering from reverse rack a tad. But all in very tidy.

See now you all are making me want to it sleeper now!!!!which is good because thats what i want but i dont want to fail on the conversion front. Best bet i guess first is to ring up an insurance company........

I would do the work myself, got alot of mates who have done engine conversions before so sure some help would only be a phone call away. How much is insurance costing with the turbo added?because if its mega then i guess glanza would be easier?
