Exactly, were all here to help mate Im not getting anything out of this, im offering it to you so you know whats going on.

you wont have to pay for them to check it. it will result in you having more opinions on the turbo, for all we know, YOU could have broken it, or its not even broke and your just trying to get money outta someone (not saying you are so chill out) just get a second opinion on it mate, and go from there. I believe that Dane should go half's with you on repairing it. Dave has nothing to do with it mate, the car was working when he split it.

unless the turbo has been in a box for 9 months and dropped every now and then, that will damage it.

The end of the day, the turbo was purchased by Dane from Dave (there binding contract) then the turbo was bought by Jay from Dane (binding contract) the companies i will use to inspect the turbo will also be able to see how it failed, and roughly when aswell. (miles)

I think the turbo needs to be re-looked at, and dane needs to explain what its been doing for the last 9 months. When it was on Daves car it was in full working order, sold on to Dane in full working order.

well your trying to blame Dave and Dane for the turbo being fucked, send it to me to get three reports done and we will see if it is fucked. Mechanics (no offence) are full of shit half the time, i deal with 400 every day mate, i know what im talking about. If you want to take this further with regards to blaming anyone, you need the proof to go with it. If it comes back and it is fucked, Then Dane needs to prove what its been doing for the last 9 months. Also, its not going to cost you anything except postage to me, and from me.

yes there will be a full report from all three. If jay takes photos of all angles of the turbo, then when i get it, il also take photos of all angles, same again once back from manufacturers aswell. I will also send it back next day recorded, and the manufacturers collect it from ourselves. I think before Jay can blame anyone he needs to show that report from Universal Turbos (they always give reports), and get it sent to a different manufacturer to get looked at, after all not worth taking one persons word for it. cheers

well the companies i use wont charge Jay for sending them the turbo to check over, thats why i said about me doing it as i know them. And they run reports etc, however if Jay is un-willing to send it to someone else to get looked at, then i feel Dane and Dave have nothing to worry about, as Jay knows the lads at the garage, who knows the turbo company which could be pulling a fast one on Dave and Dane?? Not sure until someone else looks at it to be honest.

Well if this company is saying its fucked, im sure dave will give you the money to send it to me to get looked at, reason being is your unwilling to send it to me to get looked at?? Have you got the report that Universal Turbos writes about the problems? cheers the companies dont deal with the public sweet, only motor factors

by all means Jay could take them to my suppliers if he wishes, however there placed all over the UK haha. I still dont feel that Dave should be dragged into this, because how can Dane prove he never fitted it etc?? Its a difficult one, but the best way to sort it out, is to get the turbo looked at by my suppliers, if it comes back to me and its fucked, then i feel Dane should chip in for the Re-build, if the turbo was purchased by Dane, then why wasnt it fitted?? what did he actually do with it for 9 months?? as i said mate, get it sent to me, il get you 3 companies to write you a full report

Before acusations get thrown at Dave, why dont you send the turbo to me, were i can send it to all three of my turbo re-builders to take a look at it mate. I will not SCAM or LIE to you mate as this has nothing to do with me, however, i can verify if this turbo is fucked or not. Also, legal action cannot be taken on Dave as you bought it from Dane, which means legally, Dave has nothing to do with this.. Send the turbo to me mate, and il get all 3 companys to write written reports on it. cheers

I've used universal turbo's before, not the best TBH. send it to garret, or BTN... they will inspect it and they will tell you for sure

id send it to another turbo company if i were you mate, i use one called BTN turbo, VERY good. They will tell you for sure if anythings wrong with it. I think the turbo company maybe trying to shaft you rather than Dane. If another company say its fooked, contact Dane. If Dane Refuses to give you a refund mate, you will have lost out unfortunatly, but Danes quite a good guy so he SHOULD give you some sort of re-fund. If you want me to send it to BTN PM me.

well if Dane says that the Turbo was fine, and you havent fitted it etc, id say you can get your money back. Did you Pay via paypal??

I've got a Billet Sandwich plate with the sensors in it mate, all you got to do is wire the sensors to the sandwich plate. easy
