Im sure i read some where not so long ago that the valve springs are weaker in the 4E-FE then in the 4E-FTE..so it might be worth while putting a 4EFTE head on an N/A instead of useing aftermarket valve springs that are to agressive.

To be honest i wouldnt messing with an FCD to risky it will end up biteing you on the arss ..Id rather get it set up properly on the rollers but thats just me.
Fucking hell Iddy i thought i was doing well on my 3rd, 14 now that just biteing the biscuite lol..Yeah as sparky said get the timeing belt and get here fired up ;)
All it is jap use thin terminals...you are going to think im takeing the piss here but im sure i got on from halfords for my old glanza and it was ment to be for a nissan micra it fitted spot on, on the plastic tray and the battery clamp.
