Ill repair it for you. best bet would be to cut in to the cracks and repair with fibreglass and the part fill with epoxy resin you would then.be left with a small amount of filling/sanding work to get it ready for paint.

Hmm if you send me the link to the adaptor you bought ill get another and try it and send that and a new sensor out to you amjads was tight as hell and needed a kick up the arse
should wing in dude, will need a spanner to do so though, the threads are tapered aswell making it harder to turn., i would advise using a small aamount of ptfe tape so it seals correctly
Corey is a mod over on tgtt i believe. have a search think he has a project thread. he has had it quite some time and spend a fair few pennys on it to get it looking like that. looks sweet though
Npt and np are the same dude. they will be a really tight fit as it will hold water failing that i can send you a replacement sensor in exchange for that one
Beetween carrier and hub. thought you could spin the disc with it bolted up yesterday?? because if you have added spacers behind the disc and it has got worsethat would suggest its locking up on the front. take sone pics and post them up
I take it your attempting this yourself. funny how thid was not the problem.last time. the carrier needs to come away from the hub which is what the washers are for
