your all taking this a bit fair now Burny made his point was honest about the situation and agrees that in 9/10 of circumstances the gtr would win hands down the fact that when the parameters were changed slight Burny pulled on him then fair play his Glanza is a fucking machine and at a rolling start the Glanza did have the upper hand power to weight . I used to beast my mates 400+ bhp scooby on a rolling start but he could run flat 11's at pod n let's face it might gt is never gonna do that lol

Regardless of company used mate in this kind of situation it really is down to a companies disgression as u would have to spend more Money on a specialist to prove that it was the other companies fault before any liability could be brought upon them when it comes to this kind of situation most companies will do there best to try help u out as when it comes to what we do for our jollies reputation is everything my mate brought an Evo for 14k brand new forged lump folder full of receipts which in turn after 24hrs of owner ship it went bang and the tuning company would take no responsibility for it as they said they cannot be held responsible for the way it has been drivin and that could of caused it to go Bang etc so he then laid another company to strip to find that the receipts for parts were fony as they did not match the actual parts in the engine and even then they only offered replacement parts and not to fix it . I'm sure all will get sorted in the end mate don't lose the love

At least the issue is being dealt with I'm the correct manor and said company is going to sort the issue out that's more than what some companies would have done and I'm afraid nothin is set in stone when it comes to modified parts my mates are big into fords and some of there big priced parts etc dont even come with a warranty on em when purchased

I completely understand where u are coming from as everyone is loyal to there mates but u can't keep trying to fight his battles weather anybody agrees or disagrees with what happened it did happen and look how much the club has grown since that , that is something no one can argue against from what I remember reading the threads that came up at the time geo pretty much blamed everything on socks out right when the bloke had done nothing but help out with I.T etc and trying to get everything running smoothly when people asked him questions like what rob has mentioned above they were dodged not something u would expect from an honest person please don't forget although I have never been the most vocal person on a forum I have been knocking round on Uksc and Ukso for a long time now and have seen the ups and downs and the site go into termoile then in the end not be able to use said site at all , my opinion is the blame game has well out lived itself everyone has to move on and if Uksc fires back up then so be it no one has an issue with that as I'm sure members would use both sites as they do here and tgtt , u must admit though now the mods have more say in things more things happen on the forum and the opinions of members are taken into account
