Glad to hear td are recovering it, as annoying as it can be mistakes do happen, we are only human, it's how you rectify the problem. And problems will eventually happen no matter which company you use.
Although it's funny that someone feels the need to phone up td and say shit. From what I read everything posted is a fair enough point of view, yes you were pissed off and quite rightly so, everyone would be if they just spent a not insignificant sum of money then that to happen. And since you are waiting to be recovered and costing you cash it makes it worse as can do nothing but fume about it.
