  1. Ah right, thought you had a spray gun. Still a shit hot job though. Guessing the new paint will be one you can't get from a can then! lol
  2. Awesome job painting it yourself. Something I would like to learn for sure. Was it hard work?
  3. Bit of a odd one here, was looking on pistonheads and found this: http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2357411.htm Is there anyone local that could check it out for me? I know this is a big ask but may as well give it a shot! From what I know of it, it was owned by GTkern on this site, and weakboy before him. I have pm'd weakboy about it but he aint been on here for a few days and spoke to Kern about it alreday.
  4. You're still alive and kicking, thats all that matters. Cars can be replaced. But still a bummer though bud.
  5. I never got into it like I did with band of brothers, was expecting more like. Although I did only watch one episode then deleted the rest off the sky box lol
  6. hahahahahaahahahaha Legendary exhausts! I would rep if I could buddy
  7. Was on the road between Kittybrewster and Berryden, no idea what it's called. Was in my vxr so didn't bother giving it a blast with the horn lol I assume it was Chris.
  8. When you put up stuff like "pm for location of a glory hole" you may just get a fair few pms from odd folk ;)
  9. I went with an aem when I had one, will go with one again most likely. No need to calibrate it and piss easy to fit, as long as you get the mounting point welded in, wouldn't cost much.
  10. It's always the same, in the oil and gas industry all the vendor companies need loads of certs which the client companies don't even have themelves.
  11. I am not totally sure on how to calibrate it exactly, but iirc you need to take a fresh air reading first as it's base or something like that.
  12. You DO need to calibrate the innovate, you don't need to with the aem. They provide like any gauge, information on whats happeneing, eg the AFR's. Also with some ecu's you can tie them in for AFR target mapping. Wide band will give you the afr ratio, I believe an air/fuel will just give you rich or lean, but not totally sure about air/fuel gauges.
  13. In uk all those items are legal to own, but if used to pervert the cause of justice or something like that they are illegal. Eg ok to have in your car, just if you get pulled make sure it's not on/plugged in when they chat to you. I'm pretty sure that's how it is.
  14. Definately! I hate reading threads with folk scammed in, makes Cat sad
  15. el man has an emanage for sale. check the sale threads.
  16. Situations like this are never good, obviously. Although I doubt a complaint with paypal was "accidentally" raised. Yes I am going on Iddy's account and the buyer hasn't had his say but most sellers try to keep a good rep and sell good items at good prices with honest description and quick delivery, makes you think why bother when folk do this and plenty of other sellers aren't even remotely truthful or it takes months to arrive if it arrives at all. Hope it gets sorted though and you get your coin back bud.
  17. I found good year eagle f1's the best tyres so far I've had in the wet. Although they where on my clio not a starlet.
  18. Don't think I've ever seen a starlet when I've been in the the broch like!
  19. Has the snow hit Aberdeern yet? If so I hope you've been taking it out to do ill shit!
  20. You don't need to calibrate the aem wideband, the inovite one you do.
  21. thats the bi charged thing aint it? Also noticed registered as a 1.0 non turbo micra, nobber. I would not buy from someone who don't register cars properly unless it was something mad, but thats just me.
  22. I always get stuck offshore when the good stuff is getting released ;) Sounds good so far from the comments though. Damn you!
