yeh i still have my d500. the thig that used to get my phone was the dust from work so i couldnt hear people. there was an old nokia that was shockproof and waterproof cant mind the model tho.

i think for a manifold any paint will just come off. on the can in says good upto 600 degrees and my exhaust gas temp used to read 900 sooo .... however as i was looking through demon tweeks catalogue last night i found something interesting. some paint/coating thats good upto 1000 degrees. can get it in black that u just apply and its done or ceramic and blue which ya have to bake in an oven for a while. have a look through demon tweeks. it was like 25 quid i think.

engine from a 1996 auto glanza running 1.2 bar on a hybrid. piston failure. cracked and broken at ringland bottom end from a gt rebuilt with used pistons. rat at same spec for about 6 months then another broken ringland on a piston.
