sure they will fit mate. everythin needed to do the swap is there. im not sure what the difference between abs and non abs discs are tho but should still fit .

mines revs up and down and cuts out once in a blue moon aswell but im not worried as im blaming it on the fact that i have a little oil fountain in my engine bay lol

yeh sure thats the one i got but it was bringing up 2 options. its ordered now anyway so i guess ill just wait n see lol. thanks tho. ill tke that number with me just to check.

he gonna just get the shell minted first so the engine choice will no doubt change another few times

this bottom end is getting built basically so i can go to japfest without engine worries. its getting so bad. my mate had a look at it earlier and took the oil fill cap off to see and put his hand over it (engine running) and in about 2 seconds his hand was dripping oil and i was covered in dotts of it even tho i wa a good couple foot from the wing. i will defo be going forged after this is fixed. if my bottom end is still in usuable condition then ill just use that lol

aww i moan at him alll the time but still help lol. he was gonna get an h22 for a day or so then changed his mind again. cant wait to get my car off the road because i know exactly what ill be doing to it. like how your the only ones the comments

im sure I've seen that supra lol. a while away from you but im sure I've seen it just once i know i defo i drove past a supra the same blue id never seen with the same kit lol

surely there must be other things you can mod for higher oil pressure like the oil pressure switch etc as im sure the oil pump wont be going at maxiumus as standard

little update on the engine rebuild. i was gonna save all the little bits I've bought for the forged build but i might just use everythin i have for japfest lol painted and rehoned block. some white hoses. have ordered new main and big end bearings and thrust washers, piston rings , oil pump seal , the other seal on the oil pump, new bolts for oil pump and water pump and then the o ring for the water supply but and for the oil strainer too. just need to wait on all the bits and get some assembly oil and i should be good to go. plan in to take out my whole engine out and swap everythin onto the new bottom end outide the car and put a whole engine back in. im gonna aim for a day

guess what. changed his mind and sold the engine lol. goin for the b16 route now but concentrating on bodywork first. just decided fek it everything off lol and goin to underseal the whole car and get it new brake lines, fuel lines , all new bushes everywhere and new handlin stuff all round. so most things will be either new or hamerited to death only really have pictures of the front arches undersealed but they not very exciting. hope to do the same to my car in a while.

i done the same thing fitting my HEL braided lines. for some unknown design reason both the threads on the braided line and the hard line dont start straight away and have a few mm's of blank space so that meant i was only gettin about 2 threads of grip which didnt hold up to much tightening. had to fit a whole new copper line which has now gone statue of liberty green which isnt the best look for the engine bay. hate touching brake lines now lol.

whats the part number for the small oil seal on the oil pump thats for the crank. was at toyota today and ordered one but on the system 2 came up for the engine. on dates early 96 til late 96 and the other one was for 96 onwards. left me a bit confused.

go back to the guy and say your getting someone who knows what they doin to help you lol.

they were clearly lying. i go to toyota all the time and have to explain that my chassis or reg number wont be any good because of the engine conversion and I've not had a wrong part yet
