  6. depends if your gonna go for a big loan or not. if your only gettin a loan because you cant afford a car just now but could if you saved then just save but if you defo need it to get the car then id get it but just make sure ya know what your gettin into. ie hw much your payin back and if they charge for payin more back quicker.
  7. @gtr-r33 cant really use the fact they understeer as a downside compared to a starlet lol. starlet isnt very good handling wise either id quite like one but id still want my car also
  8. according to an article i found in google. its dated the 5th last month and says roughly the price will sit at ...... wait for it £1466 EACH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! be a shit tonne of weight saving tho. might buy a set and even buy one for a spare.

  10. gonna be picking up a bottom end to rebuild this weekend. will be replacing the bearings on crank and rods thrust washers piston rings and the crank needs a regrind. just wanna know 1. are the bolts for the rods and crank ok to use again ? 2. is there a special type of oil to use for initially lubing up the bearings or will engine oil be ok ? 3. common question but i wanna be 100%. 99% is not enough. all 4efte bottom ends the same ? would be crap to spent time n money on this for it not to fit lol. 4. just thought of another. after a crank regrind is all still fine to use standard shel
  11. was pretty tight when i done mine but as stated theres a bit for 2 spanners which makes it easier. bottom one was easy for me lol.
  12. yeh it the same as the drain plug. i got me a funnel and a hole n filled it from there aswell.

  14. if they dont come with a rear fog as standard i guess thats why i couldnt find a plug to plug the switch into when i done my conversion ?? or should their still be a plug for it for the front ones. sorry im gettin bad a hijacking threads but just doesnt seem worth starting a new one

  20. yeh i wouldnt be fussed if the other can was runnin or it was sunny so i could fix it lol i think this is happenin becuase of the mega pressure under my rocker cover. pushin through the seals for the plugs. only explanation i can muster up. i had my hand over the breather hole tho without anythin attached and was revin the engine and nothin comes out so must only be on boost or on load. picking up another bottom end next weekend hopefully and i can build that back up after i get it a regrind. i think thats the plan for now anyway.
