  1. Keri, Hate to hijack this thread but could you not incorporate a 'spot' handbrake caliper next to the 4 pot on the rears??? If you changed the brackets slightly so that they had an extended part on one end then you could add the extra caliper for the handbrake??? I don't know if they are any good though, the ones like these.............. hi spec........ Jason

  7. Im interested in a set but im talking about in the future. I need to spend my money on things that i need to finish the project. Plan is to move the standard 2 pot mini brakes i have rebuilt to the rear and get some sexy ones up front. like these....... Don't go out of your way for my sake, but if you do a mini set i will be interested at some point. Im guessing they would be cheaper than the KAD version??? if not then not really much point in doing a version, most mini parts are really cheap so might not be a huge market for them??? thanks, Jason
  8. Dam these look sweeeeeeeeet! and price is spot on! If i had starlet hubs i would be buying a set of these but unfortuantely i have mini hubs
  9. No worries mate, you need to sort a proper car out first. you should join www.muddybuggies.com . i am a member on there and there are loads of different buggies from Freestyles to blitz's so you never know one may come up cheap
  10. Dam straight you where in the right. I have never had any problems like this yet but if i do i would stand my ground. The garage i use are pretty friendly and i know them all well so most of the time i just hand my car over and say 'there it is fix it!' i never specify a price but as i know them then i trust them. If i didn't know them i would get a price before hand like you did and would jope they contact me if its going to require more work. Jason

  14. Don't sound to good He could have given you a call to say that it wasn't going well and it would take longer and was that ok on the extra work/price. Hope it gets put right soon mate. Jason
  15. The blitz is ok, i looked at one originally until i found this one! The thing i don't like about the blitz is it looks really boxy and this has a few more curves. Don't get me wrong the blitz would still be epic. They have fiat running gear don't they??? Jason
  16. Thanks mate. James was trying to get me to make this a single seater but i said i really want to scare people with passenger rides LOL Me and my bro considered buying and building up a single seater but it never really happened, i have far too many things i want Thanks It seems like its going slow, but when you compare it to the first page the change is amazing.....
  17. *** More christmas Update *** Well the parts just keep rolling in Yesterday the mini Gaz coilover springs and brackets arrived. Managed to pick these up from ebay for about £33. Don't have any bolts with them but i will get some later along with the coilovers themselves. Didn't realise how big these brackets are, they are HUGE. Plan is to get a plate laser cut that will weld to the chassis and the coilover bracket will simply bolt straight to it. i have alot more parts to get laser cut so will do these together and get them all done at the same time to save a few £. One
