mate i had a jam ecu and got 230hp with my td04 1.1bar. 210hp with my hybrid @ 1.1bar aslong as you get it fuel checked it be ok. but its not worth 500quid, i paid £400 back in the day. no need for rrfpr. everything standard. you do with a upgraded fuel pump

u wont need a remap with a decat then. you wont need 1 untill you go different ecu. all you do is when you go over 0.85 bar i.e FCD + fpr or a differene ecu take it to the tuners to make sure shes fuelingright

GTstu - EMU and Ryan2bar down surrey tuned it and road mapped it. brilliant service. mini-valver - yeah td04 does pull very well, happy atm but i'm swaying to go bigger this year. What Micky boy says, I got 186hp 1bar on a tongs hybrid fpr/fcd until i got a JAM ecu pnp, got to the rollers and i made 189hp matching torque. I then upped it to 1.1-1.2bar and it made 209hp 210torque
