Picked up my new item tonight The car is booked in for the 2nd of October for a remap and boost raised to and hopefully 1.4bar of boost.

10w40 mineral oil from Halfords then on the 1000miles use 10w40 semi/fully this is what i did

i dont think it will help being cracked. try and get a replacement

the shorter the actuator = more boost. i never noticed no drops in pressure when i fitted my intercooler.
