theres a bolt at the top of the alternator, you'll see it when you look over it. Undoo that but not all the way only untill the alternator can move about. then go under the car and you'll see another bolt going through the alternator. undoo that that. Then get someone to push the alternator towards the bulkhead either with a breaker bar or something long and strong. then tighten up the top bolt up and then tighten up the bottom bolt. should be the same with the GT

yeh its normal, just get a small hose to it and the turbo job done

210 hp and 210 torque at 1.1 on a jam ecu. very good turbos if you want around 200!

check the hoses on the turbo to actuator is still conected.

Just paid for emanage ultimate off Gilly2006 from TGTT. Still waiting for this turbo from ebay, dunno if the guys being true or messing me about but he sent it wed and it was sent back to him friday. Tial Wastegate brought from CATS Will be going Zisco mani/downpipe injectors,waterlines then MAP!

think about it dude, you rebuild your engine with brand new bits and leave out the headbolts. you drive the car around and find out that the headbolts are not doing there job due to being weak. another new headgasket, and more hours for you sir lol. its annoying paying out more then you want to but it will save you money in the long run.

always replace headbolts when they are removed. there only 40bucks.

if its the japspeed 1 i got 1 and good exhaust mate, you do need to fiddle around with the center part as it knocks either on the handbrake bolt that holds the cable or on the rear axle. loads of manifold wrap on the center part sorted mine out, and very tight hangers to hold the exhaust pipe up

i got 1 mate, i thought it was a wheel bearing that has went but it wasnt. Brand new, just opend the box to make sure everything is there. £45 delivered matey. i paid £50 for it! for my ep82 non abs but not to sure if they fit for ep91 ?

td04 turbo been brought off ebay. tial wastegate from CAT, EMB just waiting for my rebate money to purchase zisco mani/dp kit.
