Common area I've discovered myself for ep82 to start rotting. But nobody notices it unless it's stripped. As above replacing sills if it's bad is your only option

Haha I know I'll regret it after the hours I put into building it but my hearts just not with it anymore.it's probably more down to the fact I haven't driven it so long and it's just sat in the garage. Seriously lost the love for this since finishing building it, it's just sat in the garage for the last few months needing a few bits done and I've just got no go in me to get it sorted. Just curious as to what people think I could price it at if I was to sell. Quick spec off the top of my head is WEPR front mount kit Zisco manifold Hks actuator Tein coilovers with edfc kit Alloy half rad Anti lift kit Big brake kit (celica I think) Custom 2.25 turbo back exhaust Custom fuel tank with walbro pump in boot Hrf front bumper Doobie side skirts Livesports rep spoiler FRP Gi bonnet Custom roof scoop TRS harnesses Deep dish steering wheel Currently on extreme offset banded steels Sure there's lot more but can't think offs the top of my head right now. Car also has no mot atm needs a new steering rack as it's leaking and needs alignment done as it hasn't been done since polybushing the wishbones etc. I still don't know if this is a definite decision but if anyone could give me a rough price if I was to sell that'd be awesome!

Just take your time with flaring the ends and get a decent flaring tool cheap ones are absolutely shit!

Done mine although I didn't have the fuel tank to battle with was a bit of a pig but I'd never done any before and managed it lol

Check the actuator is actually tight enough holding the wastegate closed i had a similar problem when i done my old one and it wasn't closing the wastegate fully thus sounding like it was spooling but not actually creating much pressure as it was leaking out of the wastegate

Loved my gt4 st185!! But that ran ridiculously hot too to the point you couldnt put your hand on the bonnet after a spirited drive lol pretty sure headgasket was on its way on mine mind so i put it down to that! I don't think it helps with how little room there was in the engine bay eother mind

Aye everything's tight pushed rubber oads further through to make better contact still has alot of play will have a fiddle see what i can do

I had this in the past gasket had blown between both cylinders still ran managed to limp home lol
