clutch release bearing £25 http://www.tm-developments.com/index.php?m...products_id=437 bought one on tuesday - as i had the same problem and got to the point where the bearing completely collapsed which meant that it was in neutral all the time as it was propper fucked, get it done asap before you become stranded for four hours like i was !!!!!

you need the 3e flywheel which has the 5e crank pattern and the 4e clutch pattern !! its the conversion flywheel that dave sells - you can also redrill the 4e flywheel so that it fits but i wouldnt do it

yep as riko says + the extra 200cc will help with spool up and overall power - it will still rev hard to 6500 - that will be enough lol

i am hoping to be running 1.5 bar when its all done and run in - hoping to be hitting 300 bhp with spool up around the 3k mark that s a different one i have lying about that i got for a mate and now he doesnt want it lol

i have been collecting parts since my engine blew up ready to get my forged 5e up and running - got everything i need now apart from my ported and polished head/ rods and bearings ;) i am getting excited - should be done and running in the next week or two i cant wait

Right then guys, where do I begin . . . I first bought my car in December 08 after driving it back from manchester I decided to get some new brakes so i bought EBC discs and green stuff pads. I was happy with the purchase and when coming to fit them and checking the rest of the brakes I had realised that the back calipers were seized and also that the handbrake cables were fuuked. After getting it back from the garage and driving it around for a couple of months i came across 3 major problems. 1. hi bud i have got the inlet manifold off a 5e paseo which has a small plenum and longer runners which in theory should give you better response on a normally aspirated engine !!!
