the yellow wire on the back of the cd player needs to have a continues power, just run a cable from the yellow to your battery

slide the clips down out of the way, take the cap off of the rad as the system might be pressurised get some pliers and twist the hose left to right or get a screw driver under them and prize them off if your still having problems, poor some boiling water over them and then try again dude

the switch isn't stuck, where abouts is the box? behind the speedo?

i think you will need to join them together, as far as i know water flows all the time. disconnect them both and join them together mate

are you mounting it in the same place? can you move it higher?

might be wrong but, on his picture it looks like the blue bit swivels outwards? if you undid the nut? if that makes sense
