  2. luke, if u read all the posts, i never lied. i simply stated that I hadnt booked any ferries, and that Project BadgerSports wouldnt be at JAE. Yeah Graeme sussed it, and Si was pretty damn close, but i never lied. a true master at deception with a clear consience. and yikes, if spark dog is gonna jizz on her i'd best wax her up so it cleans off nice and easy!! lol! Phil.
  3. must have been Geo, weren't me, but yeah, nothing of value would ever get removed. its simply to reduce the load on the server, if we keep adding and adding we'll just encounter more problems like we do now, and then need a dedicated server which is more bucks! house keeping has to be done...and it helps me catch sparky....mu'hahahahahahaha! Phil.
  4. lol Luke gives a good cuddle, thats for damn sure!!!! truly epic reaction!!!! Phil.

  7. isn't that a JDM sticker on the bottom left of the rear window?? the Soleil also came as diesel as Jay had one, could be one of those, but looks like an EP80 n/a to me. Phil.
  8. awww dude your way too kind. seriously. it has to be said, we have some of the most epic builds I've ever spotted on this forum, we all know them and have our favourites, if i were to start naming them i'd only leave out some truly note worthy ones, so i wont specify any right now. each and every project on this forum has something a little different, a little twist that makes it unique. no two projects on here are the same, its class. the pleasure has been all mine dude, and yes, there is more u can help me with, MOT prep, i'll be in touch and we'll arrange an evening! mucho thankings dude! u know the same goes and u know where we are should u ever need us urgently, just show up and ring the bell man!!! Phil.

  13. lol definately man! tryin to save for the deposit, so its in motion, just slowly! HQ will be along in due course!!!! Megadeth artwork in the living room FTW!!! my living room, my decoration! she has come so much further than i ever imagined it could, but its all thanks to UKSC and her members, and to some very dedicated, very skilled people that I am lucky enough to have as friends and family here in NI, primarily Mark, and also Jay and WeeJohn, and in the last year, Joel and Alan E have dug me out of some holes! without them guys, the hlaf of it would never have been done! big nod to Joz too for all his efforts and help in getting my car repaired. A true team effort with this car. Also cant forget FatherBadger, without whom there would be no EP and no FTE in the bay! Phil.
  14. the speedlines are not better than the Rays. Evar! they cant be, because the Rays are utter sex! and steve...u say all the right things baby!!!! lol thank u for the kind words man, i greatly appreciate them! honestly! Sicaln pruned his thread away down, im goin for huge number record! lol Phil.
  15. nah nah man no real drama, looked worse than it was, just some oil weeps and bolts flying down the road, all sorted with a wipe of a cloth and a socket set!!! all good in the hood now i hopez. Phil.
  16. lul @ rikomeister! u werent at JAE, ergo, u missed your chance big boy! i think we've got the engine side of things to where we want her Jay mi amigo. I can't thank u enough for all your hard work and grazed knuckles and third degree burns! couple of gasket changes and she should run dry and reliable fingers crossed. spoke with mark, the washer for the sump disintigrated, thats what happened, he will try to fit a new washer with the SARD sump plug with the next oil change. Update Two more gauge mounts ordered from "the bay", then its dash drilling and wire running time, my favourite past time with my dash u know because its the one thing im good at lol! Phil.
  17. ah yes, thats right, my bad, typed that reply too early in the morning. indeed, sans EFI pipe it'd be grande! Phil.

  19. Jay tried to fit one like that to a 4e yesterday to see if it would suit me for the same purpose, no dice, too big. Phil.
  20. ^^^fuckin savage is the live version! Taking Dawn- The Chain. Oh, and ThunderBusters! look that up on Youtube! immense! Phil.
  21. no way im changing the air intake mate. all the advice suggests that the best thing for stable boost and performance is an enclosed system with an uprated panel filter. I've had this discussion with manys a-people, manys a-time. we drove her today with no air intake at all, 1.1/1.2 bar creeping everywhere in every gear was stupid, put the system back on, stable and predictable boost in every gear at a safe level. no chance of boost creep or spike. all it would take would be one cold morning goin to work, spike, boom, im fucked. this is my daily and i need her to remain as such. yes a cone in the grill would give performance gains, but im not willing to risk that at the expense of a 16mile walk to work, the gains wouldnt warrant the risk all for like 0.1bar of boost. this way she is stable, predictable, safe and reliable. im hoping that short of a couple of gasket changes that are needed, the engine tinkering is done. im happy with the power and i think we have her set up as safely as possible. i may invest in a more ported mani from Ed in a few months and relocate the EGT sensor into the collector, and as i said, a good EBC in due course to be properly safe, but thats on the long term plans, right now i dont need any of that. finish the brakes, MOT prep, gauge fitting, horn fixing, and antilift kit fitting, maybe some sticker bombing the underside of the bonnet, and some fresh rubber for the rays in 6 months, thats it, i have no other plans right now. Riko - i cant thank u enough man. the gauges are MINT yet again, thats 3 totally MINT gauges u have got me, not even used by the looks of the sensors! all we need is the remaining matching oil pressure one in the same condition with sensors and we're done buddy!!! but no rush there as i have an oil pressure fitted at present, we can afford to wait for the right one to pop up on the auctions!!! i just wish u wouldnt keep surprising me u big tease!! i thought they were in japan still because of rick and harry!!!! Phil.
  22. sorted. Phil.
  23. Exunctly! Update Well, the UKSCNI lads have been hard at work on the Nanglewagon....again lol. Yesterday I went to WeeJohn's, fixing the horn was unsuccessful, but he wired up the speedreader (which also functions as an SLD, G Meter and 1/4mile timer which jay and I tested today! Winz!), the old tacho is now functioning again, and the EGT gauge is now all singing and dancing!! what i didnt know was that the electronic Apexi gauges Self check when the ignition is switched on and when the car is started!! well happy! Open symphony FTW! I also received a special surprise package from Riko addressed to "The Dark Knight of my Dreams" and sealed with a kiss!!! it was my two Apexi EL1 temp gauges which the prick told me were still in Japan!!!! lol so of course i only have one stand so need to hit ebay up for another, WeeJohn has inspected them and they'll be fitted and wired soon hopefully. Last nite saw an epic Beers and Guitar session in the Costa til 2:20am!!! Then today Jay fitted my civic radiator, what a difference in the bay that has made! so much room!!!! we did a few test runs with the intake on the turbo exposed, 1.1bar in nearly every gear!!!! was mental hearing that thing sucking like fook!!!! EFI pipe is now all fitted properly and FMIC piping all adjusted thanks to the extra bay-space now, most happy badger. she seems to be drinkin fuel like crazy, but i guess thats the price u pay for boost! no pain no gain!!!! My thanks to WeeJohn and Jay for their epic work yet again. Once the horn is fixed and the temp gauges installed, the only other thing i wana do is source a final EL1 series gauge, a few small odds and ends and not much else. as far as im concerned the engine side of things is done. Maybe in a yr or so i'll invest in a decent EBC, but for now, i'm happy with where she is and i have no more major plans for the engine. Happy happy badger. Pics: HKS emblem, cant find anywhere for my Apexi one yet Civic radiator with air con fan fur coolingz of de winz! of all things tho, a Honda part on Project BadgerSpots...yikes! And two more Apexi EL1 gauges! Only one left to find! Phil.
  24. i'll check the back end but im gonna need to hve Geo show me how to address this as its not something I've altered before. Phil.
