  4. the next person to promote this kind of shit on UKSC is gone. period. i am aware no one has glorified it, because none of our members are sick like that. but i dont want it mentioned here again. not solely because of the arguments kicking off, but because I simply wont have this bollox associated with us. i rarely through my weight around, but this time I am taking advantage of my Admin status. 10. cheers folks! fitted them last nite as its due to be dry for a day or two so good time to scrub them in a bit. Mark has used the Rainsport 2s before and rates them very highly, and my rainsport 1s lasted me 6 years, still had loads of tread left on the rear but were just too compacted and solidified to give grip from the tread anymore. hard wearing isn't the word for them lol! Liam - yeah it does look pretty mean against the blurple in the flesh, but the 5/4s are awesome. they are stupidly light were as the 15s have slowed her down a touch (thank goodness for that extra 0.05bar of boost lol)
  11. the RB was such a contrast of a car. On the one hand it can cruise in silence, and i mean silence! not the slightest noise from her. but when the pedal gets planted, the sound is like 4 or 5 K1s on full roar at once, and the power is just instant sheer grunt! awesome! first scoob i've ever been in and i was very impressed!!! i now appreciate them alot more! Phil.
  12. Update Speedies are fitted baby!!!!!!!! I'm dead chuffed! never thought i'd get to have them professionally tarted up!!!! really happy with the wheels and the tyre choice that Paul made for me!!! fills the arches nicely!!! and a class shade of anthracite! there was a bronzey tint coming off them in the evening sunshine here!!!!!! so, thats the wheels on for winter. Phil.

  15. Alrighty then folks, on sunday past there I was fortunate enough to join the local PH folks on their summer run up the NI coast. The route took us from Carrick up the A2 coastal road all the way to Ballycastle, on to Portrush, and then on to Magilligan where there was a BBQ set up. My cousin recommended I sign up to the PH forum and I keep an eye on the NI section for upcoming TVR stuff mainly. Unfortunately his Cerbera split a fuel line at the start of the day, but his brother in law had his VERY nice RB320 out for the day, so after a blast down from Sprucefield to Carrick in a TVR Tuscan (o

  18. eeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh wrong. wrong wrong wrong WRONG you're all wrong folks. and you know how i know???? Alan-e's matte black GT, the "Asbo GT" as its known, is obviously matte black...and how did he achieve said matte look?? why, simples of course! underneath it is the exact same black paint as all shiny black quadlights, however the LACQUER he has used is a matte effect lacquer, thereby giving the matte effect. not often i answer a question in the tech section hehehe!
