that £94 is simply a percentage of what the premium was WITHOUT the conversion dude. what 20% works out as obviously depends on your own initial premium pre-conversion. the reason i have it so low is all the years NCB and my IAM licence, Flux told me thats why i could get it so cheap. without those it would be a much different story. no no its fine dude. my insurance, including protecting my NCB last yr was around £470 (£417 or so without protecting the NCB). the way they calculate the conversion premium is simply as a 20% load ontop of the original premium, which in my case would be roughly £94. So, £470 plus £94 is £564. Granted, £575 is more than £564, but i am assuming that the cost of protecting 7yrs NCB over the price of 6yrs NCB would account for the additional £11. Phil.
